1 ★I previously ordered from my web browser, I was prompted to use the app. I downloaded it, it worked fine(I thought). My package came, the shoes were too large and I wanted to re-order them. However when I went to log into the app to return my shoes my order wasnt there. I checked ALL of my emails and nothing (except paypal confirmation) Customer service won't use my address or paypal transaction number or screenshots, to find the order. Their app is buggy. They won't send a return slip.
3 ★I like using asos on my web browser as opposed to the app. It sometimes doesn't have a proper home button and I have to turn off the app to get it to go back to Home. There's also more errors on the app that I don't deal with when I'm purchasing on the web browser. Maybe it's my phone but I don't have these issues with other shopping apps.
2 ★The app won't let me sign in using my Google acct. It keeps taking me to the sign up screen. Also the "sets" section is misleading, it's advertised as two for the price of one, but when I click on the sets they're available individually at different prices which are much higher than the price that's listed when I click the image.
5 ★The layout of app is nice and everything is pretty simple to use. Although, and this might be a mistake on my part so take this with a grain of salt, I dont believe I recieved a notification when an item I wanted came back in stock but again that maybe my fault. Besides that size assistant is very helpful when lookinh at sizes and if are not sure about the size the assistant chose you can always check the chart. Over all its great 10 out of 10 will buy from again
4 ★okay, so they asked for this at checkout.... so the shopping experience was a very good one tons of variety, but dunno about delivery or quality, etc of items. so, will update once i receive my order. Update: I think this is still a great app in terms of ease of use and ability to easily, quickly navigate. They however really really need to consider allowing users to make and post reviews.
5 ★Fantastic app!!! I really love the video option. This gives you a real sense of movement and flow of garments. I love the gallery too and closeups, reviews of sizing and descriptions. Great feature to hold for 1hr in bag to give u time to think about purchase and or continue shopping. Love the notify when back in stock option. ASOS is the best. It's so easy to make purchase. And return with no fuss and no cost. Awesome.
2 ★Have been using the app for years. Not particularly a standout experience, order and pay for a product and generally receive it.. like most online shopping, however the customer service is deplorable!! I recently returned earrings that arrived broken and was charged to return them . When trying to question it I spent a solid hour talking to bots and getting nowhere. The earrings weren't expensive but it's the principal!
1 ★Selection of items is good and all, but the time of delivery of items is complete garbage! I ordered an item and opted for next day delivery and paid the amount for that option but haven't received it yet! I didn't even get an email whether it would be delayed or not! The is the 3rd time for me! Like what the hell! The worst part is I can't even contact them! All I can convere with is a virtual assistant! Be responsible for your job! This will be the last time I order from here!Subpar shopping!
4 ★Even though I pay for premium next day, a lot of the times the items didn't arrive on time this year. Also I don't like it that items only stay in my basket for an hour its annoying! Otherwise I'd give 5 stars, I love the boards, and the choice of items.
4 ★The app is quite ok. Very user friendly. However can more pics of the items be posted for viewing? 4 is not enough at all. Also the angles of shooting the pics are really not helpful and not all items have videos. The videos are ok but more pictures would enhance the selection process. ASOS do your thing please. BTW your return process is top notch. 5*
4 ★Easy to use, huge selection of items. Only thing I'd change is on some items, it doesn't tell your recommended size and I'm not sure why, because for most items it does. Also, not all items have been reviewed and I rely heavily on reviews to decide whether I want to purchase. Although I understand sometimes there are items no one has reviewed yet.
5 ★One of the biggest and best. The app works really well, some discounts are better via the app too. Huge range for every taste and price point. Unbelievably cheap delivery with free returns. I've used Asos for around 10years and have to say their customer service is impeccable. Any and all issues I've ever had have been resolved. The app is free of glitches and works really well
