2 ★Doesn't cover buyers well! Easy to use as a seller. And I'm getting lots of sales- BUT as a buyer you are covered by PayPal but they STILL keep up the profiles of the people selling fake items on depop. It's shocking. Be careful.

1 ★First time using this app, and got scammed. Bought a camera, seller said they'd ship in 3 days. They then deleted the item and their account after taking payment. While you get refunded by depop, it's a disappointing, anxiety inducing experience using this app / site and a faff to get a refund. Saw another account selling the same item with the same images afterwards to scam others. Really wouldn't recommend using this app to buy items from.
1 ★Horrible support. When they suspend your account and can't even supply a exact guideline that was violated. Trash. Garbage. Scum.

2 ★Piece of advice , stick to eBay or other platforms that resolve issues quickly and pay out quickly. 10 business or more for payment. Now I have to wait til I get paid. Started out ok, but now it's not like I thought it would be. Dissatisfied

1 ★Trash! I was a 5 star seller with no bad reviews on over 35 purchases! I think someone was petty and falsely reporting me bc I had a bunch of emails stating I was selling counterfeit items which is false. They said my handmade was counterfeit or art collectibles were counterfeit so they permanently suspended my account. I emailed and they said the decision was final and they wouldn't be checking into the incident. They're withholding my money too! They don't care about sellers just buyers for $$
