1 ★Thanks for wasting my time trying to check out an order. What's the point in a shopping app if you can't check out. You lost a £200 sale today due to this. Tons of errors on checkout process, keeps saying ring customer services.
5 ★Always the best shopping app & the clothes for over 30 yrs have always been of the very best quality & prestine presentation of all of thier line of products day in & day ouy. I honestly will always shop A&F for the rest of my life without a doubt . Keep up the great work & please dont sell out or go out of business like all the other quality brands are seeming to do .
1 ★Can't sign in. Already created a new password online & now the app wants another password with more characters. Why wasn't that necessary online. Now have to go through the trouble create another password. Forget it, just going to delete this app. Too much trouble. Don't shop there that much, just going to let my points expire.
4 ★The app works great, except for the filters. It basically doesn't filter by the product type. Also, would be great to see the description of the fabric. Might help for people with skin allergies.
5 ★Love Abercrombie & Fitch kids clothing! I always walk right pass by their stores, assuming the quality of their clothes were not good and too pricey as well but I was wrong. I am now a V.I.P customer because I'm constantly ordering clothes for my children on here. Love how soft their shirts are and not to mention every year I order my children coats from Abercrombie and Fitch. Very modern, stylish looking and oh so soft clothes!
1 ★Change your freight forwarder. FEDEX is a disaster. They dont give heads up prior to delivery and in case we are not at home they dont leave any written notice. As a result, the order I placed a month ago is still in transit with no clue on when it will be delivered. As long as you keep FEDEX as the freight forwarder for Malaysia, the app does not deserve more than 1 *

4 ★The app work in general well. Just 2 points that could be improve : we should sew the material of each clothe like on their website. Also, when I tried to ratea product after I bought it, the app was crashing.
