1 ★NEVER, NEVER buy this service. These idiots try to trap you into a plan and don't let you do single cleanings, guaranteeing themselves a minimum profit with their stupid 99 usd cancellation fee. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Even when a pro cancelled, they couldn't find me ONE customer service person to talk to. I hope their service withers and burns to the ground.

1 ★Handy is trying to send me to collections because they send someone to my home that I never requested plus I never had a chance to use their services because my neighbor want me to use her person she uses so I started using her and forgot about Handy until one day a lady showed up at my door 🚪 saying she was there to clean my house so I was like what company do you work with and who requested you and said Handy send her out.Immediately I cancelled my account with Handy also trying to call their

1 ★Atrocious Service. I would rate it as a zero if that was available. Be warned this is a scam. They charge you well in advance of your service and then constantly reschedule because they don't have people to do the work. If the service is on your plan, they don't refund your fee if you cancel it rather than reschedule because you need the work done. Buyer beware!!! I can't believe Google even permits them to keep this app based on the negativity of reviews.
1 ★For one, the app itself sucks. It sends me messages from my pro, doesn't even have a mechanism for me to respond back via text, and then the messages aren't even in my app inbox. The company sucks too. They treat their pros poorly. It's sometimes like pulling teeth to get anything scheduled. Usually "last minute cancellation," in my exp, means they never had a pro scheduled for you in the first place. The pros themselves are hit-and-miss, but I found a good one I will hire independently.
1 ★I was charged twice and have not receiving a refund I was told I would get. The app was glitching and asked me for my information twice and I was double charged, for a booking that was obviously for one service, putting my office desk together. I booked for April 8th. It was a poor job and my desk was not properly assembled in 2 places, so Handy Sent a replacement booking on April 13th, and charged me for it!! Find another app, this one does not care about it's customers.
