Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Pretty much worthless. There's nothing that this app does that some of the more well-known file explorer apps don't do but have a better user interface. But most importantly the sync feature is so ridiculously slow and lacks important features that it took over a week to sync my phone to my NAS and I just gave up. I tried several third-party apps and they all managed to get the sync done it in about 2 hours.
1 ★Very very very slow. I tried to upload about 700mb of files to my Qnap using this app. It took several hours to complete the copy, all devices using the local wireless network. It took probably 10 times less to upload the files over the Internet to Dropbox. I work in IT and have definitely set everything up correctly. Considering this is all supposed to just work, I can't say I recommend this app or Qnap devices.
4 ★As good as it should be. It might be so cool if it can be recognised automatically the lasted folder because we can repeat the 2nd or 3rd files or pictures much more quickly and save time. For example, for me I want to send my files or pic from mobile phones or from my PC whenever at office.
1 ★This app used to be good but now it constantly does not find the nas drive or says my Internet has been lost, both of which are not the case. I have found a better and much more efficient app that does not require you to jump through hoops.
2 ★Not very impressed. This isn't very user friendly and Qnap bang on about this being a personal Dropbox. No way an average user could use it for everyday use. You need to know quite a lot about computer to be able to share a file. You can't sent it through WhatsApp, like Qnap suggest as the text is unclickable. Sending link through email didn't work. Clicking the link in the email doesn't download a file, only directs browser to server number, eg 82.23.12.17. Doesn't include the full file address
1 ★For some time now, every time I try to backup my phone files to the NAS it won't connect to it and I need to add the same NAS over again. Since I bought it for this purpose it becomes to much of a nuisance and I'll probably start looking for other solutions.
4 ★After NAS update program works way better. Now I see progress in loading thumbnail. Now I can see what is in photo and I can open it!!. Navigation is a bit slower compared to other program I use to navigate through files on local network.
3 ★Qfile is a basic tool for managing files on your Qnap device and transferring between it and your phone/tablet. I feel that the UI, again, is quite basic but certainly feels dated so that overall it seems nothing has really changed since 2011.
1 ★I have used this app for years and it used to work great. Backed up my phone and my wife's phone remotely. It stopped connecting in May and no backups since. I can't even connect manually anymore but still can login in the web interface remotely. Very disappointed.
2 ★Garbage. I spent $$$$ with qnap and this app will stop loading jpg previews after it loads the first 10% of the folder in question. Has not been fixed. It's been 3 years.
2 ★Use to work now does not. When worked it was fast for uploading images and video from phone to nas. I used qphoto to watch them. But now it just loads to an error about loading current folder. Reset app and nas is fine. Not sure where the problem is.
2 ★its not working with android tv. its playing media file with other media player and its only plays one video on qnap media player . then application will hung on loading state . only reboot of the device can help to reopen and use the application .. please fix the issue ASAP
