Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

4 ★I like it. A widget and an equalizer would be nice.
2 ★It's functional, but cannot leave once music starts playing! Freezes when trying to change settings
1 ★it's extremely slow, not even worth,
2 ★Cannot connect to DLNA devices, app only shows connections for Chromecast, Airplay and Roku for iOS devices and only Chromecast for android devices. Will not connect to my LG television or my Denon stereo receiver for video or audio playback, both of which are DLNA connections. These connections were once possible. So what that now means is that I can't enjoy my own media stored on my NAS to my Home theater. Please restore this function. Until then 2 stars
3 ★This application is clearly inferior in speed and usability to popular commercial music streaming apps. However, in the much smaller market for server-based music players for Android, it is still among the best free apps. If you're looking for the best though, go for Plex + Symfonium.
2 ★Quit working at all. Shows some "cancel confirm" screen without telling you WHAT you're being asked about.
1 ★It disconnects from the NAS after playing a single song. It will require reconnection and authentification to get it to work again, and it asks to install music station which is already installed on the NAS. pretty much useless...
1 ★Absolute garbage, updated firmware, indexed files on my NAS. Read of so many issues as to why it doesn't work. The app sees all my folders and albums but constantly says no music to play, all files are empty. Gave up, a waste of time! I'm not interested if it can't be plug & play.
2 ★So frusterating - Open the app? Crashes half the time - broadcast to another device? Crash - swap from wifi to mobile or visa versa? Crash - search kinda works? Its super hit and miss and doesnt seem to follow any logical pattern of where or how it searches - No simple "randomize all" - No easy way to easily add a song to a playlist - App gives you access to your music and is just barely a music player. Dont try and use it as an everyday music player
1 ★App often crashes or can't load music
