藍天使衛星車隊成立於民國79年，前身為老字號的藍天使無線電車隊，成員多係由藍天使品牌下之優良駕駛中挑選而出，因與隊員都有一定之熟悉程度，使隊員品質得以控管，我們寧可車隊小而美使顧客得到好的服務，也不希望隨便讓不認識之駕駛加入造成乘客之困擾。我們的宗旨是讓乘客坐得「安心」，對老弱或行動不便者有「愛心」，讓夜歸婦女或小孩坐車家長都能「放心」。藍天使衛星車隊在無線電車隊時代即多次獲得台北市政府車隊評鑑優等。民國98年10月更換為3G衛星派遣系統，以全區衛星通訊取代地區性的無線電通訊，並可24小時車輛全程衛星軌跡監控記錄，大幅提高乘客搭車之安全性。
