1 ★This service from alder is very horrible. 1, they cant get their 2gig go control panels to come online, they transfer u to another respresentive, they say its not working we will send u another panel, then when the person gets it, it still dont work, and just beware of their 30 day trial period, they wont cancel it, then they hang up on u, and wont refund ur money, be very carefull of this company, they are rip offs.

1 ★This is the worse app ever. My system works well, but I cannot log into the app. I've been with Alder 2 months and I have more issues with the app than anything. The app needs to be fixed.

1 ★When I tried to open the apps privacy policy it took me to a alert page saying insecure website. Well isn't that great. This company has been nothing but trouble from the first day the individual selling for Alder walked in my home saying he was from my then current alarm company and he was only updating my contract. I've had enough with this company. I am obtaining charges on individual and Alder Home Security for [obtaining money by false pretense]. Enough is Enough.

5 ★I love everything about this app so far. It makes me feel like I'm more in control of my safety than ever before, and that's the whole point of security! To feel safer! Alder is the perfect solution to securing your Household, especially if you don't live in the best neighborhood.

1 ★So I've "upgraded" my security system and this app crashes every day. If I could give a negative star I would have. I should have investigated this a little more but hope the technology in the app is not a direct reflection of the alarm technology.

1 ★Downloaded the app because the person who installed my system said it helps with arming and disarming away from home. This app keeps telling me its an unsuccessful arming/disarming. Not once has it worked. I have emailed the app developer and no response has been given. I guess I will have to just use the home pad. So much for an expensive system that he talked to highly about.

2 ★Sucks! It fails 85% of the time, erroneously tells me that the connection is missing or down, fails to disarm. It's USELESS! I have to use the manual control panel Every Time if I want accurate results

5 ★Was having same issue about being locked out of app. Kept saying I didn't have permission to access alarm. A 2 min phone call to Alder solved the problem. Thanks Alder. I highly recommend your services.

5 ★Works as intended so far. I have had no problem logging in. I have had no problems arming or disarming the system with app. It's really easy to navigate as well.

1 ★Not good. At all. The app has been down for months. I've emailed the developer numerous times with no response. Don't even download it. It does not work with your security system.

1 ★The SYSTEM itself is great, but I don't like that access to the app has become worthless from my phone. Where I live, I need that access. You all please fix this app.
