INTRUSION PROTECTION
The detectors instantly capture an intruder on your property, doors or windows opening, and glass breaking. As soon as a person enters a protected area, they will be captured by a detector from the MotionCam series, an Ajax camera, or a third-party camera. You and the security company will know what happened at the facility within just a few seconds.

FLOOD PREVENTION
LeaksProtect Jeweller notifies users of a pipe break, a washing machine leak, or an overflowing bathtub. WaterStop Jeweller automatically shuts off the water if LeaksProtect Jeweller or a third-party water leak detector is triggered. Control WaterStop Jeweller and check its status from anywhere in the world via the Ajax app. Create a scenario to shut off the water at a specific time or when arming the system.
AUTOMATION SCENARIOS
Change security modes according to a schedule, program outdoor lighting to turn on when strangers are detected on your property, or implement an anti-flood system. 2 ★Who thought light gray and light blue text on white background was a good idea? Can hardly see a thing in the app! Also, the app keeps sending repeat notifications for non-important events (such as alarm disarmed), until viewed in the app. That behavior is OK for important alerts such as when an alarm har been triggered, but for simply informational events it is only annoying.
4 ★I like this system and am happy overall. My only criticism is the key fob remotes need changing, It is far too easy to hit the buttons when in a pocket etc. Maybe something more like a garage door remote where the buttons a recessed?
4 ★The alarm woke up my 2 year old son in the middle of the night because the home Ajax hub lost Internet connection for a few seconds. After crying vigorously, he is now scarred of the phone thinking it might sound the alarm. I do not want for it to sound the thief alarm if it loses internet connection or power for a few seconds, I should be able to at least change the notification sound for those type of events, or be able to disable/enable what notifications I want to recieve. Please update app
1 ★Been using ajax for over a year now, worked great for the first couple months, have since noticed issues such as the app taking AGES to connect, the app saying the alarm is "Disarmed" when it is infact "armed" The app just outright crashing when attempting to disarm the alarm. The app itself is buggy and needs to be fixed.
5 ★Great update to a brilliant system. Really appreciate the easy access to switches / relays. Two comments / requests if I may? 1. Back button does nothing on controls screen - need to drag screen down before I can exit the app. 2. A way to reorganise controls would be great.
5 ★This security system is BY FAR the BEST alarm system you can get. Highest quality detectors, and best support if you need, you can imagine. All completely wireless and easy to setup by yourself. Full control by your own smartphone. Complete setup will only take 30 minutes. I love it!
5 ★Great app with only 2-6 sec delay between the app and the physical alarm system. Everything shows up almost instant in the app. The widget works terrific. A lot of configurations and settings will allow you to adjust the system to your liking.
3 ★This app is great. It's easy to use and is well designed. However, I have Home Assistant and use it to integrate all my IoT smart devices, but the only thing missing is automating the Ajax system, because it lacks a public API, and because of that I am unable to automate anything connected to Ajax. This is the reason for my rating.
4 ★It works like charm. Please add option in your firmware/app to beep siren(quiet) whenever door is opened in Disarmed mode. I don't want system to be armed during day, but I would like to hear a small beep whenever someone opens front door in disarmed mode. It is a very important feature.
4 ★Very good security system, easy to set-up. When you get rid of the fob image in the app and use regular buttons instead, and add dark mode to the app as the horrible white is killing my eyes, it will be five stars.
4 ★Possibly the best alarm system out there.. But needs to update keypad to a more intuitive user interface with normal buttons instead of touch. And update the sound of the indoor sirens to an alarm sound instead of a fire alarm sound. Also make the symbols for arm/disarm more clear.. like a lock/unlock symbol instead of circle
1 ★After the last update, the application connects & synchronises with the server very slowly. So in case a person is in front of the door, one have to wait 1-2 mins before disarm command is applied. It is nonsense for security system
