A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Needs improvements. "Next Train to Heathrow" only shows time from T2 and T3? What about a toggle to show departure from T5? I have a return ticket on my phone yet it tells me I have no upcoming journeys. When I go to the "My Tickets" list and see the return ticket it says the travel date was that of the initial outbound ticket. Not helpful. Also when using a railcard, viewing prices and tapping for info, I can't back out of the info popup and must force close the app and start over.
1 ★Does not work what so ever if offline. Bought tickets dose not show. Timetable not available. Tickets does not move to "used tickets" automatically even if scanned by omboard personell and at the barrier at the airport. (why this endless ticket checking?) Check at the barriers on arrival should be enough maximising work time on the train. Easy enough to buy tickets when working but bureaucratic set up and typical LHR / British unessecary complex process with not being all that userfriendly.
1 ★Was already an awful, poorly functioning app. Now doesn't work if you have an unlocked bootloader... Since certain phones eg some OnePlus phones, come unlocked as default, and many other users unlock to use customised operating systems this was an idiotic move. Can't wait until crossrail makes hexpress and their useless app obselete.
1 ★Has bugs all the time Declines Payment as often as it accepts it.
2 ★Clunky way to buy tickets. Lack of integration with Google Pay make it impossible to use one handed on the go (five steps to add payment information). Horrible idea to have to download a PDF ticket, surely there's a better way to visualise the barcode.
2 ★Convenient when it does work, but that's quite rare. More often you'll get a cryptic error message, or the details of what you're booking will change. Can't wait for the Elizabeth line so that this all becomes a thing of the past!
1 ★I can't understand how an app that worked really well previously can be so bad now it has been updated. Further it beggars belief that having installed automatic gates everywhere we have gone back to checking tickets on the train. Oh and the smaller more crowded trains at rush hour are no fun either. Currently frustrated with the whole Hex experience. Hopefully Crossrail will sharpen up the current unsatisfactory service.
1 ★The latest update is so stupid, who designed this?? Used to be you could pay for the ticket and have it instantly, now you need to wait a few minutes before it generates. May as well buy the ticket at the station and delete the app.
1 ★Do not recommend to buy tickets on heathrow express app. I bought 2 tickets for 07Dec18 and after payment, the date shown is 07Jun19. The app kept shutting down after and when it finally stabilised, there are no tickets shown in my upcoming trips. Luckily there is email confirmation and the Heathrow Express staffs in the platform and on board the train are understanding and let us travel despite the erroneous dates.
1 ★Entered all my info and got to where it was processing payment and the app crashed and exited. If it also charged my credit card then this thing deserves negative stars I wanted to add that it did indeed charge my card. I will see about getting a refund hopefully. Beware of this app!
1 ★I've tried to buy my tickets via this app. Almost blocked my cards because the system declined them both with enough balance in. However later on the terminal I use the ticket machine and the same cards working perfectly. Sorry, but that was unnecessary stress for me.
1 ★What have they done to the app!! This used to be very useful but now once you buy your tickets they are not available offline. I also have issues trying to download the tickets. Useless app now!
