1 ★Shameful and bugged app that fails to do basics...Greece largest airline Great Job! 👍 Like no one cares if people can't manage to travel! So to go to Greece in Winter time options are 1. Ryannair who is....what it is.. but at least we can book a flight, 2. EasyJet who again don't want to comment... and.....em... 3. seriously dealing with this shameful bugged app and website! Great options always...thanks! Could you however consider doing basics and ensure app is website work?
1 ★I have a booking confirmation through the site of the airline, all payed and so on, not able to retrieve the booking through the app. Problems with password changes and so on.
1 ★The miles+cash slider does not appear neither on the web but nor on the app for unknown unexplained reason and although there is a banner with my name above the booking details fields that invites me to use this feature.. also I have not entered a redeem voucher. Almost a scam if not a malfunction... horrible experience and waste of time!!! Why this app ever exists?
1 ★VERY CAREFUL!! When you book tickets through this application there is a big possibility to be much more expensive than booking them online. It happened to me twice. While I was checking to book tickets for Dusseldorf and Amman I could see a very expensive price in the application and at the same time on internet its was almost half price. Dont use this application for booking!!
4 ★The App is Ok and keeps improving, thank you, please keep up. Would be great to have it redone entirely and properly, not web-based. Push notifications can be useless - when I was roaming in a far away country without internet, was waiting for my bag which was delayed and Aegean knew that and instead of SMS sent me a push.... Cosmetically consider options to change App badge color - in line with loyalty status (blue, silver, gold), I can show you who does that and it looks cool. Thanks 👍🏾
1 ★The app is extremely slow and crashes often. The way to book tickets when holding an Aegean Pass is not intuitive at all. Lastly, apart from the frequent occurrence of bugs, sometimes also parts of HTML code appear at the bottom of the pages.
2 ★First of all to mention, I am flying with Aegean often and I use its app for some years already. WHEN it works, it's ok. But I always make sure I have a second copy of my boarding pass as it regularly stops responding. Such a great airliner having such a malfunctional app... Disappointing...
1 ★Can't finish booking because supposedly 'I am a poweruser with superhuman speed or don't have JavaScript enabled' In fact I was slow due to low bandwidth and if your app doesn't configure JavaScript to run properly the app is a complete fail. the booking failed twice, but both payments went through. Great job, developers!
1 ★Doesnt load login credentials. I can go online and access my account but the stupid app on the phone is for junk completely. Plus when there is no internet it freezes the whole phone. Better pay more expensive programmers to do this job guys.
1 ★Unable to log in after the last update (failed to load profile) w. 100% failure rate. It was a useful app while it worked. RIP.
1 ★The updated app does not function well! It does not show my upcoming flight within the day under My Trips (it could not be added manually either without any error notification!), does not show my boarding pass (I had to print it off!)... Needs urgent debugging and fixing!
3 ★The app looks nice even though it has a bit confusing UI. It demands to setup 2-way authentication but the OTP is not sent to neither the email nor the mobile phone! Also there is no way to save the boarding pass to Google Wallet! It feels so incomplete 🤷♂️
