We’ve made a few improvements and fixed a few bugs to make our app even easier to use.We’re required by the UK government to collect Advance Passenger Information (API) for all passengers travelling to/from the UK. You can now complete this on our app.

2 ★Had a version of the app which prompted for an update and wouldn't let me use the app on my day of travel. Clearer data when updating the app, and as a result almost lost my tickets! Fortunately my partner had taken note of the reference number otherwise we would hav been in trouble! There should be at least a warning about this and the ability to save all tickets to your wallet before being forced to update the app.
1 ★All right for displaying your electronic ticket, but I don't recommend it for anything else. If you try and book a ticket through it, you're very likely to get an error message just at the end (after you've been through all the booking process and entered your credit card details). If you'd to check your Club Eurostar points balance, it will very likely be all wrong. Why they're incapable of getting this app right is beyond me
1 ★Really really really bad! And why the logo changes as well? And how to know when I will get to carte blanche or my position in the points scale. Why is it pink? So so so horrible. Would delete it if I didn't need it for tickets.
1 ★Doesn't keep you logged in. Impossible to easily use vouchers without losing progress on booking ticket which means you have to start the whole convoluted process again and can lead to price changes in tickets. I only persist with this cumbersome app as I regularly cross the channel. Somebody with a little logic needs to critically reconsider and reconstruct this app to make it user friendly as it is anything but. Remarkable that it is so clunky.
2 ★Reset password necessary at every log in, which is ridiculous and time consuming. And app booking was not visible for at least 20 minutes, no booking reference had been given, as if booking not completed, while my credit card had been charged. Online bookings show up immediately, with reference. Positive point, it is handy for traveling, but you need Internet to access tickets.
2 ★I booked a journey with a transfer, the first train was a Thalys whereas the second was Eurostar. When viewing the seats under Manage Booking > View seats, there was no indication that the seats shown were only for the Eurostar. Confusion ensued as the layout of the Thalys did not match what was shown on the app. The poor design of this app made our first cross-border train ride an extremely unpleasant experience. 2 stars because everything else is ok so far.
5 ★Runs quickly and I found everything I looked for, immediately. (Route map. Low fare finder. Upcoming tickets).
2 ★I've emailed the contact address on several occasions to tell them that some of the links are non-responsive (eg, Food on Board). No reply.
5 ★Used to be hit and miss, but sees to be a lot more stable lately. Keep improving Eurostar, would love to see the Eurostar status show up in the background of the ticket like it did at some, instead of having to switch between ticket and carte blanche whenever I want to get in the lounge. Edit: Nevermind, the card status is back, that's brilliant! :)
1 ★Tried multiple times to book a return trip to Amsterdam. Gave up after a couple of hours. App doesn't work. All I got was "Ooops, something went wrong" before I could enter any details. Tried on several devices without success. App is simply not up to scratch. Eurostar need to recover their money from the developers of this useless waste of space app and use the proceeds to reduce the fares of to make up for this rubbish. Also no staff at the end of the phone line to help until Monday morning.
2 ★App is OK to purchase tickets and change seat, but it's not possible to use loyalty points to upgrade using the app; you must call and do this over the phone. Its also not possible to add your Club Eurostar number to an existing reservation via the app. If you make a reservation, and the app fails to include your loyalty number, you may insert it manually at reservation stage, but that depends on knowing your long loyalty number by heart.
