5 ★Awesome app - visiting London infrequently I'm not familiar with the underground network. Whilst planning a journey is not beyond me this app eliminated the head scratching and saved loads of time providing flawless plans for every trip - thanks to the development team for bringing this to the public domain!!

1 ★Updated. Now can't get into map. It opens with a page about terms & conditions but I can't get beyond it. What have you done? I used this app all the time. Now I'll have to uninstall and find another. Thanks for nothing developers!

5 ★Had a day in London and worked a treat. Check the routes offered, as the top route might be faster, but means further to walk. Remember to check route before entering underground, as you may have no signal down there. Highly recommend.

1 ★Sent me in entirely the wrong direction and couldn't locate the open air station I was stood in. Heading from Paddington to London City, app trying to take me via Wimbledon! Would have missed the flight if I'd not got off and doubled back. Plus was all over the place with locating where I was.

5 ★the app was really helpful with tracking the underground trains and knowing which lines to take. The app was unfortunately not accurate when it came to walking times and directions. I would recommend the app, but only for the underground.

1 ★What a weird app. It's interface is so jumpy. You are asked to give your address or shove the map around a fixed pin. For an app using maps why not use the Google system?? As you type the. Word of the road starts but after a few seconds you have odd addresses because it is picking up the map directly under your typing finger

4 ★a useful app when travelling around London

1 ★Not intuitively obvious enough on android phone. Tested this as a person living in Hoylake Wirral not knowing all the new stations. Would be very daunting to use it as a tourist or visiting businessman especially as you may be in rushour at a busy transport hub. Could get you a bit stressed I would imagine.

5 ★Thank-you for making my family's life better. We travelled to London, England for a 7 day trip, and this app made our trip planning a whole lot better. My head would just explode without this app. I use other apps along with this one so it made travelling in London easier. Thanks so much.

2 ★Want to visit the Excel centre. Destination search doesn't recognise "Excel" nor the nearest station Custom House, which doesn't seem to exist in this app. Back to the old fashioned way of working it out for myself.

5 ★Excellent and simple. Like the route planning by point on map, but search by text was a bit flakey. EDIT: Text search not that flakey, just not that forgiving with input that's not 100% error-free. My fault! Excellent app.

5 ★This is a wonderfully helpful app. The information it provides is highly satisfactory for an ordinary person who uses the tube services very frequently. I have recommended this app to several people I know and some of them have said it's information is very helpful.
