1 ★Used to be my go to, but now there is no real functionality to this app. Once you have purchased your ticket you can no longer see the route details, platform info etc which means it's no longer commuter friendly. To think you pay an admin fee for every purchase when you now have to use Google to get the live info. Used to be able to see journey info, now you can just see ticket info...which you already have...Awful update, I hope the developers are back in the lab putting things right...

5 ★Easy way to book tickets, simple interface that shows all the relevant info in an easy to read format. Phone support (I booked the wrong day by accident) was quick and easy, took less than 5 minutes. There was an error changing the date on my latest booking, but I was able to modify bookings via the app in the past...likely a back-end issue unrelated to the app itself (communication error with train operator's ticketing system?).
