Kuna smart home security is designed to help you prevent break-ins and protect what matters to you most, from anywhere in the world.

Have a Kuna Powered security device or smart light? You’ll need the Kuna mobile app to set up and control your Kuna, Maximus, and Toucan smart security devices.   After you’ve created a free Kuna account and connected your Kuna Powered device(s) to your Wi-Fi network, you’ll have access to all of Kuna’s powerful preventative security features:

1 ★Just pure garbage. Take literal minutes to load the live feed. An actual waste of space.

1 ★Used to work great. Now I can only view the first 10 seconds if my camera is triggered by movement. Then video goes blank. I have to download each video to see it. Nuisance!!!!

1 ★It used to work really good now sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't I don't like it anymore I'm looking for another one.

2 ★Problem: a recording pixelates when motion occurs. It becomes unwatchable. The downloaded video works however. Please fix. TY.

1 ★I purchased a kuna device and it was off line for a while I try to activate. They couldn't help or replace the device and thos device are very expensive and I been a customer for over 9 years. They said they can't replace 😂😂. Also the camera doesn't have infrared so you can't see if is dark

1 ★Video playback within app have stopped working and will glitch out and go to a black screen. if I download the videos and playback on my phone, the videos are fine so it isn't a problem with my Kuna porch light camera, it is a problem with the Kuna app.

1 ★I was one of the first customers and now the App won't connect via Bluetooth to set up either of my two older cameras. Newer flood light works fine. App keeps disconnecting but my phone can connect in the Bluetooth settings. I tried 3 different phones and no luck. I contact their customer support and they said to buy new ones! They clearly changed the app so it won't work with older cameras and I'm a customer for thier data service! Going to switch to something else that will work.

1 ★This camera may work may not work mine 187.00 spot lights cameras want even update the new firmware the first one i bought I tried and and tried and I talked to kuna support and they said that something internal must of went bad so I bought another one I paid 100 for that one it is actually 12 feet from my wireless router single with my cell phone with door closed is 5 bars I set the second one up and called again this camera is doing the same thing as the first one the tech said it happen alot
