5 ★This is a great resource to use for easy quick checks. You can create spell books for your characters and npcs. Has loads of spells and includes all of the books spells, but you may have to buy access to the extra resources but it is a very reasonable price for the access and material you get.
5 ★I really like this app and it is my most used tool as a DM
3 ★This is fantastic. The only issue I have is with the pricing. I dislike subscription models and imo, $40 is a lot to ask for an in-app purchase. While this app is nicely polished and regularly updated, I personally cannot afford such purchases. I do appreciate the ability to purchase the smaller items in a piecemeal fashion (unlimited characters, for example).
4 ★Not exactly sure what the issue is, but when looking at the actual character and not the generic spell list, some of the spells will simply not show up if they are from more esoteric books. For instance, my 6th lvl wizard cannot see distort value or tasha's caustic brew, so I can't add them to his spell list. Other than that, great app with a great design, save for the subscription based system which is completely absurd for an app.
5 ★I've been using this app since the beginning of my Dnd career. Its so nice to have all the spells available with a quick search. The app itself stays current, updated, and purchasing the extra characters and the dragon marks is so worth it. To top all of the amazing things about this app the best part is the customer service. When I got a new phone and was have difficulties logging back in. I contacted them expecting a response in a few days. I woke up the next day with a solution. 100/5 stars.
4 ★So useful! Love that this is without annoying pop-up ads; makes me actually want to tip and buy in-app additions. I'm rating it four stars because I'd love to see some UA stuff on this (if possible). Incredibly impressed with how fast devs add new content whenever it's released. Adore the little icons you can use to customize your character. Big kiss to the team, keep up the great work!
5 ★Even when free, this app is so so good! It's amazing for consultation during your campaign, and the spell list building is very intuitive and polished!
2 ★It's ok but internet is almost ALWAYS required. If you don't have internet, you're out of luck. Even if you launched the app with internet before.
5 ★I absolutely love this app. Everything from the easy layout to the ability to easily add spells that don't show up in the class list. I think being able to actually select the characters race so you could instantly have a list of thier racial abilities would make things a little smoother, but the ease of adding spells to a character makes this not a real issue.
5 ★The only app I'll trust to tell me what any class' spell does -- especially the Wizard. A There's a convenient spellbook builder for individual characters which makes it easy to plan what spells would balance your sheet out and remind you on what they have -- plus an easy, straightforward filtering system that lets you browse for other spells at milestone levels that aren't fireball. Even ignoring there's also no ads, it's a great tool for any caster you make for 5E.
5 ★My favorite app for DnD spells, and I have tried a lot of them! I love the simplicity of the layout, it's very logically organized and easy to use. One feature I'd love to see is the components listed for all the spells, because I've noticed some spells have them listed but others don't, and I love using that for flavor! I paid to unlock multiple characters but I wish additional features could be unlocked with a single payment rather than a subscription because I probably would do that too. ♥️
5 ★Nice spell list, I'm not sure if it's my phone or not, but when I scroll through the list it stops in the middle of each page. Not a major issue because you can just search for the type of spells you want, but it could be annoying if your a level 20 wizard who is choosing new spells to learn and the while your scrolling your screen stops every 5 seconds. It seems to only happen the first time I scroll down and then it doesn't do that anymore unless I relaunch the app.
