1 ★Total rubbish. You register but there is no point as you have to enter your details again to book. You search for a restaurant but then there is no option to book. You have to come out of the search function to access the booking function.
4 ★A very good and useful app. It is very annoying however that I keep getting a message to complete my profile which is complete except for my date of birth. I cannot enter a date of birth because it is greyed out.
1 ★impossible to book - select location, add day, meal time etc. put in your name and it asks you to confirm the date, and so for everything else. you get to the end and click book and asks again for meal time but the only option available is "time slot" -USELESS!
5 ★Toby's at Penn Inn Newton Abbot is the ultimate place to go for Carvery and All you can eat breakfast. We go nearly every week for our Friday family night an the staff are all brilliant. All of them are friendly and approachable an will do anything to help. As regulars it is great to be able to walk in an ne greatest with smiles an chatty banter. Highly recommended. Definitely the best place to go xx
1 ★It use to work okay, but I keep being asked to update my profile, which is fine. But the app requires your date of birth and it won't let me select or input anything. Basically bricked, uninstalled, used the website to book a table.
1 ★Promised free drink for installing - no sign of this in app. After using for a bit downgraded to one star. Attempted to book a table and had to re-enter all of the personal details I'd just signed up with, instead of this being filled by the app. Pointless.

2 ★Tried to install the upgraded App. It won't do it. I deleted the App on my phone, so now the system says I have the app installed, but I don't. Not very smart eh ?? Also I tried to find the price of a Breakfast, but whilst Drinks and other sundries were priced, I couldn't find the price of Breakfast ! Who writes these systems ??
1 ★Still useless. Tried to pay bill. After an awkward forced registration it tells me 'You can only do this on site.' Was sat at my table, doesn't get much more on-site than that!
1 ★I downloaded the app to use the "pay at table" feature while in the restaurant (as advertised on a leaflet on the table). Messed around creating an account to then be told that "pay at table not available at this time." I asked the waitress why I couldn't use the app and she said it was new and not working at the moment. Waste of time.
5 ★I love coming to tobys and before lockdown was there at least every month. But... During lockdown I ordered delivery through just eat.. The food was not ice at all, plus items missing and some didn't ask for. Also ordered a pudding which never arrived.. I called tobys only to be told nothing they can do and I can't have my pudding as they won't deliver it a second time.. Very disappointed to say the least.. Eventually got my refund but again disappointed as money had to go back to just eat
1 ★Doesn't work on my Android 10 phone. Down loaded over WiFi, but when I start the app it doesn't show anything and says there is no internet connection. Uninstall and reinstall didn't fix it. Permissions look fine. Just broken!
