1 ★The app workes fine, the pizza,however, impossible. Last year my brother ordered a pizza from the papa's and the 1st one was very lack luster,it was so bad we complained and got a 2nd even worst one. Now I thought too much toppings was the problem, after today,I was wrong. Pizza fell apart from pulling, dough was not cooked, lackluster flavor. This was a basic pepperoni stuffed crust.Papa you have become something I would not think about, lackluster.
2 ★The application won't give me the option to confirm store locations for delivery. It isn't consistent with keep data apparently because I just tried to place an order for delivery and it sent the order to an old location, charged my account and then canceled the order. Obviously the store that received the order is who canceled it because they knew it was a mistake. Not happy with how glitchie this application is at all.
5 ★Great app! I like seeing the specials and customizing my pizza. I have never had any problems or glitches and of course the pizza is always "top notch!"
2 ★This app .... had none of the features of other pizza delivery apps. No delivery locator. And like the website, it doesn't let you put in the entire address or alterations to the address to keep drivers from becoming confused or lost. Theres no idea when your pizza will be delivered. Im starving here. :-(
5 ★Favorite place to order from. My go to spot....Also can't forget the gifts they give and random coupons.... They have awesome drivers n customer service skills.... Although there is a 4$ delivery fee, the website may say 40-50 minutes but be there in 25-30 .. People are so ungrateful like the same deals are supposed to stay up... This is A business not a charity n ate spending a certain amount u get 10$ off which comes in handy .. Thank you PAPA JOHNS STAFF .
3 ★Doesn't always work. Loses info put in for order. Can't get into papas points so I never get to collect free pizza after all of them I've ordered. No one seems to know how to fix the situation.
2 ★Had to empty cart a few times because I could not get it to order 2 large cheese pizza with stuff crust and a pepperoni stuffed crust. It did not accept promo code either. 3rd time this app has not done what it was suppose to do. This is Rob, Martha's husband. Most unfriendly app I have used. Papa Shaq and company need a better service app.
1 ★I have the latest app version, can't even checkout because app says it's no longer supported and needs to update. Ok please fix. And devs should be aware before they make these pushes to end users. This is an easily avoidable issue.
3 ★So far east to order and navigate. However if you accidentally place the order and you need to change the instructions you can't. And the GPS map at the end to track the driver doesn't work.
5 ★Always on time, or early and they always remember everything. Unlike Domino's......they never remember our sauces!!....Still recommend over any other pizza place. The staff is awesome 👌 just got a call because the delivery time varied by about 15 minutes 😀 keep up the good work. Your food is awesome and so are you!!!
2 ★False offers are VERY ANNOYING but seem to be a regular thing in the app... I had a free cookie for birthday offer shown EVERYWHERE on the app, but the app wouldnt honor it in any way. Other than that it has been ok so far....
2 ★My app stopped working! It goes super slow and does not want to load. I am having to delete the app then download again. Papa Johns is losing customers over this because if it wont come back up, I will just say forget it and purchase pizza elsewhere.
