1 ★I ordered through the app but when I get to the checkout page it says they cant take the order and that I need to call them to place the order over the phone. Why? What's the point of having a mobile ordering app just to force me to call them to order something? I'm probably NEVER going to order food from dennys in restaurant from now on because of the pandemic so mobile ordering NEEDS to be the priority.

1 ★App is horrible. So is their website. Tried on multiple occasions to place an order. Always results in an error saying my order could not be processed. Please call store to place order. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app.

1 ★I can't use it because it doesn't work. I put in my order then go to view items in cart to checkout and it asks me to sign in so I do then try to go to checkout again and it just redirects me back to the login screen every time. I had to use the website to order.

1 ★App does not work. It continues to say cannot take your order. Waste of data downloading this app and time.

1 ★Will not let me place my order online, which leads to having to place my order over the phone having what we ordered incorrect multiple times and over all wasting time.

1 ★App simply doesn't work. Everytime I click on my bag to put the order through it just logs me out of my account.no amount of restarting, redownloading, and logging in and out would fix the issue. I'm just going to order somewhere else.

1 ★App is not easy to use and never lets me place an order. I've tried multiple times over a year period. It's always said please call to place order at the very end. This app is a huge waist of time.

3 ★The app is great, when it works. I was forced to order the same meal using doordash and it cost me an extra $20 because your app said it was unable to place the order. The app told me to contact the store directly to place the order, but the store told me to use Doordash.

1 ★Very hard to place an order. Doesn't save credit cards and there's no button to use my location to find closest location. Update: After couple of updates is still a bad experience using it.

1 ★If I could, I'd put Zero Stars, MONTHS this App hasn't worked for online ordering but the store can't take orders over the phone...it's just pathetic

2 ★The app works as intended but their pick-up service is horrible. Expect to wait 30-50min after your expected pick-up time. Not ordering from Denny's anytime soon. IHOP doesn't make you wait that long.
