1 ★App no longer works. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall twice now. Keep getting the same error that it can't connect with the internet and that the TS header (whatever that is) has expired. Completely uninstalling it now. No, I do not want to chat with an agent about this.

5 ★This app work well, rarely has issues, doesn't delete your shopping basket. Easy to navigate. Checkout is fast. Only issue I have is the shade finder for foundations doesn't work well.

1 ★I ordered 1 thing with 2 free samples and paid 3 dollars for the drawstring bag... the thing I was honestly most excited about I get a refund but I won't get the bag at all unless I order again and pay 3 dollars again but honestly I've had enough dissapointment from sephora just order from Ulta. I just ordered the ordinary face syrum and It came opened again with no gift bag
1 ★Trash man, the app is trash. I ordered a couple of things that I needed before a trip their delivery date time was way off then what it said on the app. Not only were my products late I took 5 days extra and just kept showed that it was in transit. I did not get my products on time, I had to go buy the products I needed from mall in a rush before I left for my trip.
5 ★Sephora has done an amazing job personalizing the online shopping experience. They manage to make me feel valued everytime I log on.
3 ★The application can be buggy and the customer service policies are a little dubious in my opinion. It's always 50/50 on whether it arrives or not when promised. Great selection of products however. 👌
