1 ★This is one of the worst apps I've ever used in my life!! It constantly glitches. If I ever try and write a bad review it just won't let me post it. I've seen my comments just disappear and also you cant go back to look or edit them which is not okay. They give you zero control over your own account. The customer service is a joke. It takes so long to get package even though it's coming from Canada where I'm from. It constantly signs me out and then my password won't work. Huge company be better

1 ★Chatted in for assistance with changing an order. Because I needed to make changes I lost my 5.00 off earned though points and my birthday gift. Despite the order being less than 20 minutes old it had to be canceled instead of edited. Chat used to be helpful now it may as well be a bot with the same tired script repeated over and over. Seems stupid to not give me back my 5 bucks and bday gift and instead lose the the 100s I spend. I'll be shopping elsewhere going forward
