- High-speed Internet access and a router (not included) are required. A high-speed Internet service with an upload speed of 1Mpbs or higher is recommended.

1 ★Using app on a droid. App fails and fails and fails. especially fails when viewing live or trying to view playback. So useless! Hopefully Lorex sees my feedback sent from app and figures out how P.O'd I am.Fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lorex, Have you seen all the 1 star ratings. What does that tell you???????
1 ★doesn't work. hasn't in a long time. when is lorex going to fix this app? says cameras are offline but they are online! it can retrieve thumbnails/previews from the cameras but no real time video. will most likely never buy lorex cams again. junk.
1 ★useless!! can hardly connect to my cameras. Why have a app that don't work. you can't hire someone to fix this issue?!! if you can't we will start a gofundme page to hire you a programmer to fix it.

1 ★Can't pair Device to App. At the QR Code/Device ID step (inputting Device Credentials), I can connect; at the following step, where I have to input Device Username and Device Password, the Username and Password is not a match. I've tried all sorts of combinations across multiple Device Users, Lorex secure, and rebooted the system. Right now that's the obstacle to overcome in order to use this app....
1 ★TERRIBLE- if I could give zero stars I would. Since the update the app continually crashes after a few seconds making it near useless. Don't worry though Lorex is on it (insert sarcasim)...... They will respond to this review by asking me to contact customer service as they have every other customer of their product who has taken the time to write a similar review. I've got a novel idea- How about fixing the problem with an update instead of having me waste my time calling into CS.
1 ★Why does app take so long to start watching video footage? It always takes at least about 30 seconds, so I was never able to check what triggered notofication in time. Even some pictures will be helpful if video cannot play any faster. I am pretty sure people in this company don't use their product, and that's why it performs so poor.
1 ★From start to finish this was a bad buy, unfortunately I needed a so called cheap effective WiFi security camera system what was advertised on their site is not what was delivered. The cameras advertized had very differnt IR lenses and showed an effective coverage range at night. The IR lenses on the cameras received is so poor it is non existent at night but generally during the day the cameras are good. The tech support is a joke and the app is limited. Beware what you buy
2 ★reposnse to lorex reply: I am not having issues your app is very basic and missing functionality. very limited functionality only allows you to view live camera, you cant check playback edit notifications backup clips please read people's review before replying with a generic response
1 ★Glitchy. Every time there is an update it seems the program doesn't work anymore and I have to download a new app and re-setup my whole system. The desktop app isn't much better but at least doesn't uninstall every few weeks.
1 ★barely usable. EDIT: Thanks for the response. Doesn't help that application crashes the second I open a live stream. I have sent multiple logs via your settings menu and the android crash rebuild report system.
1 ★Worst security camera on the market. App is horrible. A Complete and Total Waste of my Time and Money. I would NEVER by another Lorex Camera nor would I recommend my worste enemy to buy one. JUNK!
