1 ★I've only been able to order delivery once or twice in the years I've known about this app. Every time I download it I think "maybe it'll work this time" and instead I get an error message! I had to order off Postmates directly instead of the 7-Eleven app. It sucks because now I can't use the discounts I have on the app... I paid about $20 (not including tip for driver) for 4 items on Postmates. I could have gotten 8 if I was able to use the app
1 ★Just had the worst customer experience yet I ordered some food and slurpees from the app they charged me for it then without contacting me when they had my phone number changed my order charged me again and when I called in to cancel the order I was told I couldn't over the phone and had to on the app then once that didn't work I called back and they said I had to do it on the phone qnd because the first helper was new I had to bite the bullet. So watch out they can change your order anytime.
1 ★My experience is just this I tried to use your app to get a delivery it told me to register I did that then I tried to sign in it keeps telling me that I need to register I register and then it tells me to sign in and it tells me account already exists cannot even complete my purchase if you can't make your application easier than this you need to get rid of it this kind of service should be easy and I should not be pulling my hair out right now with no alcohol
1 ★This app is not worth a BS $2.99 convinience fee. Suck me in on the promise of free delivery, make the app infuriatingly unresponsive and limit my options of replacement and then charge me a fee for your app. Try harder, skip the dishes and then boycott. Also, they will charge a basket fee for under $20.
2 ★Hardly ever works and then when it does work the store will take half of your order away claiming they don't have it .... kinda funny because I'm down the street from the store so when I send someone down to pu for me its a miracle !!! Cuz guess what?? They had everything I asked for so what are the workers excuses ??? Absolutely laziness!!!!!
3 ★Current issue: the store has a driver arrive to pick up items, then it proceeds to cancel the order in arrival. That's fun... Eta: thanks for responding, I looked forward to this being resolved. I want to change your rating, I do enjoy the ease and quality of the service in almost every other area.
1 ★Immense issued with customer communication. Instead of finding solutions to issues they ignore that support tickets and wait until the order auto cancels. Either stop partner with drivers from Uber/Doordash and hire your own or find solutions to get a driver to deliever the food. I should not be waiting almost 2 hours.
1 ★I had 2 experiences, 1 was okay but overpriced and the other both overpriced sand horrible. Food came late and cold. Delivery didn't comer yup you the door had to go downstairs to lobby and had to give tip on app before delivery. Not likely I'll be them again.
2 ★More expensive that skip or other delivery services - the 15% convenience fee is a joke. Order $20 worth of stuff for almost $4 of a fee, not including the actual delivery fee.
5 ★I can't always go outside due to my depression and honestly the app just makes going to one of my favorite stores that much easier I know it was meant to just make stuff easier for people but it really is a lifesaver.
5 ★Perfect for ordering quick food, drinks, and booze, either delivered or for pickup. Deals and discounts not available in store on lots of items as well.
1 ★This is a horrible app. I ordered stuff to be delivered to my disabled mother and the door dash driver they used refused to leave the order with my mother and then lied and said he couldn't get anyone to answer the door. They use door dash. This is not their own delivery service. So you may as well just go directly through door dash.. I will never use either one again
