3 ★I got the "oops, an error has occurred" message trying to order a simple hand tossed pepperoni pizza 6 consecutive times. Tried to use my bonus points as I thought perhaps that was why the pizza order wouldn't go through. Then I entered all my payment info (why can't it save in the app?) Only to find there was a $12 min on the order. I add more items, have to re-enter my payment info only to get sorry, the store just ran out of stuffed crust. Ended up entering my payment info 5 times. Really???
2 ★It took me 20 minutes trying to get an order though on this app. It crashed multiple times and just closed on me with no warning. I also tried using the website from my phone browser. It worked well until checkout time, then it wouldn't let me checkout. So, all in, I wasted 40 minutes trying to order pizza for my family. If I didn't really need to order pizza tonight I would never have kept trying. I certainly am done after today though. Pizza is not good enough for this much trouble.

I tried to add the $5 line up deal multiple.times tonight and it kept saying something went wrong but it let me order individual items which cost me more money of course Updated to one star because the app is still trash. Been having the same problem for as long as this app has been out. Main reason I rarely order anymore. I have made sure to tell my friends too.
3 ★I had the same issue as Crystal below with it telling me to log out and try again. They even emailed me a coupon for a free pizza as an apology. No luck so far. Edit 4-21-21: I just downloaded again after noticing that there were bug fixes. I am still getting the error telling me to log out and sign in again after I attempt to make the order. At this point you are just wasting my time and I am deleting the app. Edit 5-27: Finally able to order again!
1 ★It's not bad, but a few (dozen) tweaks would definitely make the experience much more enjoyable and much more efficient. Recently, ANY deals (like the free pizza deals) haven't worked at all, and NOBODY will take responsibility for it. I love Pizza Hut pizza, it's my favorite, but your app, and your customer service, are pathetic at best. I may just have to switch over to Papa Johns from now on. I love your pizza, but EVERYTHING else about you is leaving a BAD taste in my mouth!!!
2 ★WARNING! Your order can be canceled using this app but your payment still goes through. It has happened to me twice, (Forgot about the first time). It could take 24 to 72 hours to receive your money back. Please remove this app! 2 stars for retaking order over the phone, but had to pay again. Hope I get my money back!
1 ★This app crashes & freezes repeatedly. It allowed me to go through the work of deciding all of my toppings, crust, etc before telling me the deal is not available at that store. This happened with many items. After getting everything in the cart, going to check out, putting in all credit card info, it says they ran out of the item. At this point, it erased all credit info. Then the local pizza hut called me to tell me they didn't have one of the items after I spent 45 minutes ordering it.
1 ★This is the worst app I've ever used for ordering anything in my life. It doesn't make anything easy it's not clear what you're doing it is just really hard to navigate. I originally gave this app a four-star rating with the same complaints. That was 2 years ago and the app hasn't changed a bit. Pizza Hut has made no attempt at making this easier for the user.
3 ★When the app works it's great, I pick up my pizza and start to eat. When the app doesn't work it's the most frustrating thing in the world; payment not possessing, order can't be submitted, and my favorite one we can't presses cards at this time (what!?).The app should not let you to make the order or allow you to continue if those functions don't work.
3 ★Hot food delivered at a reasonable time. Well the app sucks. Have gotten confirmation the order went through. Waited 2 hrs for food. Then call to find out it didn't. Idk. Used the app for years but now I can't seem to order a pizza through it. And even though they have my info on file. When I have to call in an order I don't receive the points? It's getting old. Hope you figure it out bc IDC to call in an order. And plenty of other app work properly.
1 ★The app is amazing, except it suddenly won't let me place an order for delivery. The pizza hut itself leaves a lot to be desired. I can't even call my order in for delivery, the manager lies every time she opens her mouth and pure desperation is the ONLY reason that I ever resort to ordering from there. Editing to add: the staff is truly helpful, but the manager continues to be a reason not to do business at this location.
4 ★Pizza Hut is great! This app is a bit slow though. I've noticed it the past few times I've used it. Sometimes it doesn't allow you to select items/toppings right away, it finally selects your item after a number of times tapping it. It would be fantastic though if you could get the current average delivery time before you place your order, or at least an option to select a future time for delivery. Otherwise it has been great!
