1 ★Freeze, buffer, problems updating any details, end up using website to do everything. Couldn't even load my payment details on it. Dread to think if I have to use it to buy a ticket. The event would be over before the buffering. No problems at all with any other app, so not WiFi issues.
1 ★Never managed to get a ticket for NFL game at Spurs ground because app couldn't handle the large volume demand, kept waiting with only time spinning! decided to check on a laptop and although I could see to select the type of ticket I wanted, message says couldn't find the tickets I searched for. does anyone know if this means they are sold out?
1 ★Horrible experience through the app and on the phone customer services!...... I was going to get a ticket for Elton John and I had used the interactive seating map yesterday to work out where I wanted to sit..... and now today using both the application on my phone and the website I can't choose where I want to sit and the choice is Now being made for me and I'm being offered rubbish seats when I know there are better ones for me!! In the phone I was given cheek by a member of customer service!
1 ★I'm getting the growing feeling that Ticketmaster don't really want to sell tickets to the general public. Impossible to buy tickets on this app (eg it tells me there are no venues near Wembley), but thousands of tickets appear on resale sites within minutes of going on sale at 5 or 10 times face value. Explain that Ticketmaster..
1 ★whilst try to purchase tickets to Manchester pride I got "no tickets available" every time. My daughter tried on her phone without the app (direct from the website) and was informed that there were tickets each time she tried. we could have missed out on tickets because of this. Not impressed!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 wish there was a zero star rating
1 ★I downloaded this app so I could display my e-ticket on my phone. However, my ticket was for an event that issued multiple vouchers (there was a voucher for the ticket and a voucher for an extra I had purchased) and the app couldn't handle this. It only showed the voucher for the extra, not for the ticket itself. This is simply sloppy, shoddy app design and coming from an organisation the scale of Ticketmaster is simply inexcusable. I uninstalled the app.
4 ★I have purchased lots of tickets through Ticketmaster, don't usually have a problem. Just a small glitch when buying Muse tickets....money has been taken and I do have a confirmation code however, I never got my email and the tickets are not showing in my account. Keeping my fingers crossed they do arrive for the big day, 8th June. Will updated my review then.
1 ★Honestly why? Downloaded app to store e-tickets as advised but they don't appear. You charge enough in booking fees so provide us with the functionality on your app. E-tickets don't cost you a great deal to administer so where are the fees going? Not on app development that's for sure. Fortunately I can store the pdf so have the QR code on my phone anyway 😞
1 ★Useless!!!! I've been trying to buy tickets for half an hour and it keeps getting to the final page, I've put in all my details including the credit card verification code and then NOTHING! UNABLE TO PROCESS TRANSACTION. God I hate Ticketmaster and if only I could get these tickets from someone else but all roads lead back to this hell
1 ★Pointless. Just an app which takes you to your browser on most things you click within the app then shows you their website. You can do better than this Ticketmaster! I want alerts for when tickets come available and when my favourite artists are playing, surely that's an obvious use for this app?
1 ★I've paid £180 for tickets and they don't show in the app (I am logged into my account) so please advise how we get into the venue. They are e tickets which are not allowed to be printed, must be viewed from the app according to ticket master.
3 ★Frustrating! Slow and clumsy. Why after selecting a performance do you then need to click on 'more info' ? Sometimes returns to the start of the search after viewing a performance. Took three attempts to display my tickets at the venue-good job there wasn't a queue. Quicker to use website and mail!
