2 ★Most of the time in my events section it's completely blank. Makes no sense when I have multiple tickets.
1 ★Lack of customer support. A typo was made during purchase attempt and was not allowed to fix it. Lost the ability to buy tickets in verified pre sale as it says code is no longer valid. Tried to call and got a recording saying no phone support and was hung up on. Sent email and waiting 48-72 hours for reply. Presale will be over by then.
2 ★Works partially went to go purchase tickets and didnt get them because the app bugged out and would not let me place my order.
2 ★This app is unstable. Constantly throwing an error that says I have no internet connection. I have to shut down the app and restart whatever I was doing. Really aggravating when trying to buy tickets. You'd think with all the fees they charge they could make a decent app.
1 ★Worst ticketing app! I cannot contact them about my tickets I'm apparently not allowed to sell. When I reach them by phone, they say phone support is not available. When I reach them by e-mail, I get an auto response saying they are overwhelmed. When I live chat with them during business hours, they say chat is not available. What am I supposed to do?
1 ★I have tried calling, emailing, messaging on Facebook and Instagram in order to get ahold of customer support with zero luck. The app or web page does not give.me an option to request a refund (which I only have 30 days to do) or contact customer support. It's absolutely ridiculous.
2 ★This app used to work perfectly, I never had any issues. But all of a sudden when ever I try to sign in, the screen goes blank and stays blank, it does the same thing when I try to purchase tickets, and worst of all it goes blank when I try to show my ticket at the event. The only way I've been able to get into events is by using Ticketmaster through the internet. I thought it was because I had an older Samsung S8+ but it does the same thing on my brand new Samsung S20 Ultra. Please fix this!!
3 ★I tried to buy Rolling Stones tickets 5 time and each time when I went to pay, it said my WIFI was not connected. But each time it was. So, I had to start over again to buy tickets. Finally on the 6th time it went through. But I almost gave up. Since I was connected and had a strong WIFI signal, I believe the problem was on your end.
1 ★Major pain in the butt to get tickets. Won't let you skip cell phone number info (which they will sell) and is generally cumbersome to use. This time was out of necessity but looking for other apps that provide a better, frictionless, experience. kick rocks ticketmaster!
1 ★READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING!!! TICKET MASTER IS A SCAM!! They will canceled your event anytime they want, at their discretion and they will not offer refund. Think im lying? Go ahead try yourself! I even paid for ticket insurance and it cost $40 extra!! I've attempted to contact numerous times without ever getting a reply back. Ticketmaster is a scam DO NOT USE. I will never use this app again and I recommend uninstalling it immediately!! I will advise all my peers to stay away from this app.
2 ★It functions when it feels like it. Currently it wont give me anything other than a blank page when I try to sign in.
1 ★App completely sucks. Tried ordering tickets. After updating my payment information. The app would not bring my payment info to the check out. Kept saying application error.. I had to go to to a computer to purchase. Because of this I lost my seat that I wanted. App sucks; won't ever use it again.
