2 ★Recent issues: displaying menu for a totally different restaurant (has happened on two occasions); allowing order to be placed at closed take away; app very slow at times; can take 3-5 days to process a refund but app is quick enough to take money from me - pfft.
3 ★Can only go 3 stars,everytime I open the app to use it,it says across the top order now for exclusive discounts,been using it for a year and never recived any exclusive discounts,apart from that it's all good
1 ★Don't use. 😡 Thought I would try it out placed a large order for the family everything seemed good said the restaurant had accepted the order and was cooking our food then after 20 minutes I get a text message saying the restaurant has cancelled and I will get a refund in 5 days, so now I have no money to order from somewhere else
2 ★Rubbish App. I have to enter my postcode every single time!! Browsing by cuisine?? Prices are higher than your competitors for the same meals from the same restaurants!! I can't take this service seriously until it gets fundamental features in place!
1 ★Decent but it would be good if the user could either block/remove takeaways from the list of available ones or have a personal rating for each one used. And the cooking time and delivery time could be more accurate Edit what is the point of having a countdown timer if its not going to be accurate? Absolutely pointless and frustrating
5 ★Gratuity option needs to be added for the delivery driver tip. I always tip a driver and I've had to wash £1 coins to give this to them. Covid safe and also handling other people's food during normal times is still a priority.

1 ★If you can log in to your account and order food,enjoy.or if you want to be continously informed that you have an account yet can't log into that account then you may aswell go get it yourself. Infuriating
1 ★For months now there's been an error where the main menu shows behind the sub menus when trying to order food and it makes it really difficult (usually impossible and I have to go over to just eat to order) to order. Please fix this!
2 ★A "clunky" App, payment doesn't always process, have to try a few times. The time estimate is almost always wrong. Sometimes the option you try to press don't work. Not as cohesive or easy to use as rival food apps.
1 ★Just waited 2 hours 35 minutes for lunch. The app should make the restaurants state an estimated delivery time before you pay and the should be some form of compensation for breaking the estimate. I won't be using it again.
1 ★05/05/21 I placed an order last night with a local take away and after checking my order I noticed I had been overcharged by £6 50 so contacted support, had to battle to show the problem, after a few hours was told Foodhub don't do partial Refunds and to call the Takeaway on my next order. - Terrible, used it once and my food order was still on the way after 2.5 hrs, the chat session was not helpful and no offer of a refund or voucher off the next order.
