1 ★Contacted Ocado C.S with regard to the response of 'Go on our social media to contact them' response from Keiran C from the app team, because the app is a waste of space as it says constantly it's not 'online' when it clearly is as the only part that fails to work are the offers pages! (Shocker there said no-one ever) So the app is now deleted as I can't be bothered with the waste of time app or C.S! Funny how the part that saves you money is the part that constantly fails isn't it?
5 ★This is an amazing, Ocado, App. Works so well. I have a bad signal and struggle with the web site, every time. This app? Loads quickly. No struggling with payments etc. Simple easy instructions. Easy to make a weekly list. Easy to add shopping. Colourful. Simply the best...
1 ★Both site and app are down (for what seems to be planned maintenance) but they don't even bother putting a message up... everything is just broken. Bad customer experience. At least put up a splash page stating when the site will be back up.
5 ★Best service there is, never disappoints, great selection of items, drivers are super friendly. I like the promotions and overall could give 6* if I could. Thanks so much guys, keep up the good work 🤘 Oh and the people complaining below, clearly one of those miserable and sad loners who are never happy or satisfied. Wish we went back to old times where you have to hunt your own food, these kinda people would have been taken care of by the natural selection. You are the weakest link - goodbye.
1 ★Utterly useless - they cancel your delivery because they cannot take payment from an account with sufficient coverage - you can't even give them your money - deleting now Edit: I already discussed it with customer service and removed the app. I won't be using it again, as I don't want my time wasted.
3 ★Good but could be better. For example, when a live chat is open and I'm waiting for the first response from the operator, if I accidentally turn the phone to landscape orientation, it ones the chat. If I then tap live chat again, it just starts a new one.
1 ★Pretty terrible, the old app was so much better! Visually it's clunky. Receipts are now only downloaded as a pdf and aren't in order of use by date any more. Instant shop adds straight to your basket rather than being able to edit first. Hard to find offers, e.g., the 3 for 12 quid on meat/fish. Hard to see if all components of an offer are in your basket. Not fit for purpose.
5 ★Makes it easier to do online shop. Like that it tells me when items in my order are going out of date too.
3 ★Unnecessary deletion of items when out of stock but not marked as such when unavailable. Difficult to add alternatives.No pharmacy online.
2 ★now becoming annoying because it has started pestering with random spam marketing notifications. no way in the app to turn off the junk ones but still keep the important ones (like delivery arriving or the substitutions)
5 ★Highly recommended!! I've used them once bit I definitely have now switched to where I shop. Very good quality food and delivery drivers have very good customer service skills
5 ★Easy to use you just need to work on the fact you want certain items but when comes to choosing day of delivery it states some items not available on that day etc. Its frustrating
