1 ★Terrible. It just takes forever to have the orders delivered. It says initially 40 minutes then 1:30 hours. And then it takes over 40 minutes additionally. I don't recommend it when you are hungry. No customer service at all.
2 ★It usually does the Job with huge friction. Just going to another app, which might be required for payment, always empties the basket. Besides there are many times pre saved payments not working. I really miss the foodora experience.
1 ★Going back to 1* again and uninstall the app. Payment with cards and other non-cash methods not possible after 23:50... That means the app is completely useless (at normal time it loose to competitors due to bad interface and restaurants selection, at night it loose to direct delivery due to payment methods)
4 ★I used a 3€ cupon for liferando from a mobile runnning Android 10. I tried to pay with PayPal. I wanted to pay another way so I exited PayPal. When I exited PayPal, the coupon was marked as used but the discount of 3€ disappeared from my basket for checkout, which is not the behavior I was expecting. This is a huge bug, since the cupon is marked as used but its not used. Seems like after 1 day, the cupon is working again.
1 ★The app just decided to use location data instead of our actual adress. The poor delivery person was sent to the wrong house. There is not even an option to perrmanently disable this completely unwanted behavior.
5 ★There was no option to pay by cash in the app. As far as I know people can pay cash when the food is delivered. I'm not sure why there's no such option on my end. Update: the option to pay by cash is determined by the restaurant, so it wasn't the app's fault.
1 ★Its like a gamble you either receive your food or not. The delivery time may say 30 minutes but you can be waiting for two hours or so just to have your order cancelled. Will never be using this app again
3 ★A bit buggy app. Also It shows 30 minutes delivery before order placed, but changes time to 60 minutes after order confirmed - not much of respect for this.
5 ★Always very professional and on time delivered, friendly staff. Whenever am in Trier at the hospital use use Lieferando as I don't have all the nice options in my hometown. I love the variety 😍
1 ★I dont have the possibility to rate the restaurant. I ordred sth from a restaurant via the apo but did not like the food, the app does not allow to add a rating. If rating is not possible, than are rates fake?
2 ★I Understand its a German app but please make an option to turn the menus in English please. So I'll give it 2 star for the reply back but its in English but menus in German
4 ★Easy to order... Pls hav English translation for food items description..
