1 ★I am a rider, and this company have broken their policy agreement . The policy agreement is " The rider to pay for the customer products, and they will refund the amount of money within next days. I haven't received any penny from the money I used. Avoid any business with this company.

1 ★As a driver it's awful . Most orders are taken instantly and the ones you have an opportunity to accept are like 20 miles away for 14 pounds . I hardly ever do any orders now since they have way to many drivers registered for way to little orders . To be a driver you don't even have to prove you have a driver's licence which is pretty funny . Customer service, there's no longer a contact phone number it's a automated bot chat & it's terrible.

And today i got massage from beelivery your account is suspended. Seriously

2 ★I used to deliver for beelivery a while back and loved it and never had a problem with the app. After a break, I decided to start up again, and i downloaded the driver app. First, it won't open the drivers section to see the orders, and secondly, when I go to check the delivery invite immediately after receiving it, it either won't open up to see the delivery, or if it does, the job has already been taken. It's useless now.
