1 ★AVOID. If could give zero stars for this company I would , asked for my account to be deactivated not once but twice it wasn't error error on Hellofresh customer service still trying to send deliveries and charge me , worse customer service I have ever dealt with
4 ★The meals are good, however the prep time is grossly underestimated on all of the recipes. Some of the terminology requires you to be a professional cook to understand what you're being instructed to do.
2 ★Need to fix the back button, when I click back I wanted to go back the previous screen, not exit the app! Delivery time need to be more options to choose the time frames
4 ★Good app, but I wish there was more customisation with meals e.g. specifying none spicy food. I also with I could share my menu with my wife so that she could select meals as well.
5 ★I LOVE Hello Fresh and recommend it to all my friends! I have learned so many cooking techniques, portion control and foods I never would have tried! I have never been disappointed with HELLO FRESH!
5 ★We love Hello Fresh and how much easier dinner time is with them. We absolutely love all the new recipes to try out, just wished there was an option to change the side dishes to different options.
4 ★The recipes are easy, the food normally tastes great! One thing I do not care for is the $40 or even $100 credit for "friends" if we get them started with a subscription. What about the loyal customers? How about something free in the boxes once in a while? Even a sample? How about a "deal of the week" meal to help with OUR costs? I have given the "free" boxes and credits but it would be nice to get something from Hellofresh to return the favor.
1 ★Vegetables are not fresh when delivered. Priced way too high for quality and quantity of food. Very difficult to unsubscribe.
2 ★Didn't get the correct ingredients to make each meal. Also some items was out of date. The packaging was really nice and thought went into it. They just need to sort out some menus and double check that each meal is packed in the correct bags. And if an alternative vegetable has to be used they could put that on the menu card in normal pen and ink. I wish to use them again as I really like the idea..
4 ★Good app, one request. Please put the meal number onto the app. So if I do not receive the paper menu, i can look at the app to see what number bag to open.
1 ★Constantly missing paper recipes, or ingredients. Today's first meal from the pack had missing recipe and dried tomatoes also onion and tomato were rotten 🤷 (was delivered yesterday). Fed up
