4 ★Fast, easy and smart devices
1 ★Love the app and we use it a lot. The biggest drawback is that the delivery people don't get the tips that we give! That is happening when the delivery folks are working for the restaurant rather than Thuisbezorgd. I good solution would be fot the information which restaurant deliver by themselves and which is by thuisbezorgd delivery be in the app as uber eats does on their app. It's really frustrating that our money for the tips don't bend up to the delivery people. Or else this is a scam!
4 ★Good app for takeaways in Netherlands, however most of the menus are only in dutch, which doesn't help foreigners. And you have millions of foreigners in Netherlands. Please work on that.
2 ★No trace of following your order, just a timer. Update: thanks for the reply, however competitors are able to do this. Plus why would it not be possible for their own deliverers to use the thuisbezorgd app as a GPS. Just feedback
2 ★App works well. Rediculous how they take 13% per order on top of other fees they ask the business owners. In the future I'll buy from the local restaurants directly, cause I would like them to stay in business.
2 ★Won't show what's open on top. Have to scroll and pay close attention if it's open now or at 5pm. Don't know when they changed it to this but they need to roll it back.
