兵庫県養父市にお住まいの方向け 簡単で楽しい健康管理アプリ！このアプリ一つで、日々の歩数、体重、血圧の記録から、健康診断・体力測定結果の一括管理、養父市が提供する「ヘルスダイヤポイント」の管理もできます。また「歩数イベント」や「歩数日本一周」など楽しいコンテンツも揃っています。
※本アプリは、兵庫県養父市にお住まいの方のみが使えるアプリとなっています。その他の地域にお住まいの方は利用できませんので、ご注意ください。
【ご利用方法】
1.トライアル参画企業にお勤めの方は、「新規登録」より新規アカウントを作成してください。
その他一般住民の方は、先に「登録申請」を行いそれから「新規登録」をしてください。
2.ログイン画面より、IDとパスワードを入力しログインしてください。
3.さっそくアプリを使ってみましょう！
【主な機能】
●歩数記録
日々の歩数を記録することができます。
歩数の記録は、スマートフォンに内蔵された歩数計と連動し、自動で記録することができます。またNFC対応の活動量計を使われている方は、養父市役所に設けられた「ヘルスステーション」にて歩数記録が行えます。
●体重・血圧記録
日々の体重、血圧を記録することができます。
●健診・体力測定結果の管理
これまで受診してきた健康診断、体力測定の結果をアプリ内に取り込み、一括管理することができます。
●歩数日本一周
日々の歩数記録に応じて日本各地を進んでいく、仮想の「日本一周」ルートを用意しています。
毎日こつこつ歩いて、日本一周を目指しましょう！
●歩数イベント
グループ対抗で1日の平均歩数を競う、「歩数イベント」が養父市主催で開催されます。
自分が勤めている会社が自分のグループになります。自分の会社を1位にするため、毎日歩きましょう！
●ヘルスダイヤポイント
養父市には、健康づくりに取り組んだ市民に対して「ヘルスダイヤポイント」を付与する制度があります。
本アプリでは、日々の目標歩数を達成したり健康年齢を若返らせたりすることで、ポイントをためることができます。またアプリ内で、ポイントと商品を交換することができます。
ヘルスダイヤポイントをためて、欲しい商品を手に入れましょう！
