健康診断結果が気になる、スマートに自己管理したい、ダイエットをはじめたい…そんなあなたに。
本アプリはWeb版「健康プロモ」の補助ツールです。通勤時や外出先からでも日々の記録をムリなく続けられます。
【利用方法】
1. IDとパスワードを入力して健康プロモにログイン。
一般ユーザーは取組団体IDを入力せずにログインしてください。
2.「設定」で基礎代謝を計算。
性別、年齢、身長、体重を入力して、基礎代謝が設定されたら準備完了。
3. さっそくスタート。カレンダーから日付を選び、その日の食事や運動などを記録しましょう。
※目標設定について
アプリでは目標設定は行えませんが、ご使用にあたって、
Web版「健康プロモ」での目標設定をおすすめします。
「健康日記」の目標設定ページで、下記について目標を設定できます。
・生活習慣実践 ・食事記録 ・運動記録
【主な機能】
●生活習慣実践記録 ー毎日の生活をセルフチェック
寝る前に今日一日を振り返る習慣を。
Web版「健康プロモ」で設定した生活習慣目標が「どの程度できたか」を、4段階で自己評価します。
※生活習慣実践記録はWebサイトで目標設定しないと記録できません。
●食事記録 ー食べるその場で。だから続く!
朝食・昼食・夕食・その他(おやつやお酒)を、片手でサッと記録。
食事記録での摂取エネルギーが一目で分かります。
また食事写真を登録できる「写真メモ」機能を使えば、
後から記録する時にメニューを思い出すのに便利です。
※目標設定せずに記録できます。
●運動記録 ー家事や通勤も立派な運動に
生活活動(生活でどれくらい体を動かしたか)・運動(スポーツやトレーニングなど)を記録できます。
その日の総運動量と、消費したエネルギーも分かります。
※目標設定せずに記録できます。
●からだ管理
からだデータや、その日のトピックスなども簡単に記録できます。
●記録カレンダー
データを振り返りたい時、過去にさかのぼって一覧確認できます。
●グラフ
ホーム、記録カレンダー、エネルギーバランス、目標の各画面で、
Androidをランドスケープ（横向き）にすると、
エネルギーバランスと体重についての1週間のグラフを表示。
いつでも1週間の状況をふり返ることができます。
※ポートレート表示（縦向き）にすると、元の画面に戻ります。
●エネルギーバランス
体重は IN（食べたエネルギー）とOUT（消費したエネルギー）のバランスで増減するもの。
ここでは食事記録に、運動記録＋あなたの基礎代謝を照らし合わせ、
その日のバランスを色の面積で表します。
オレンジ色の面積が増えてきたら食事をセーブ、などダイエット計画の目安にも。
IN：食事記録での摂取エネルギー（朝食+昼食+夕食+その他）
OUT：運動記録での消費エネルギー（生活活動+運動）＋基礎代謝
●twitter連携
食事内容（朝食・昼食・夕食・その他）と体重、歩数について、
項目ごとにツイートすることができます。
●歩数を運動量（Ex）に自動換算
歩数を記録すると、運動量（Ex）に自動換算して記録することができます。
換算する・しないを「設定」であらかじめ選んでください。
本アプリで登録した日々の記録情報は、 Web版サイト、携帯版サイト、iPhone版アプリと連携できます。
