1 ★Currently useless. I've tried reseting with new password and it continues to tell me there's a problem. Worked only once.

1 ★App is awfull.. 1st time downloaded then uninstalled it. I applied a gift certificate and tried to pay remainder with a credit card. But screen wouldnt load correctly and then payment wouldn't post. I had to reset and tried again but wouldnt take my GC and said to see a server. A server on an online app? I just Uninstalled it due to frustration. Waste of time!

3 ★I tried logging into the aoo 7 time and it kept sau9ng oops it's on us I changed my password and got the same thing I love the food and also I asked for it to remember my info and it doesn't. Needs to be fixed

3 ★Why, oh why, can't the rewards just be added at checkout with a click? Having to type in the 11 digit number which cannot be cut and pasted from the rewards page is a huge pain. Otherwise this app has worked great.

2 ★I hate this app sometimes.... for the simply fact that it does not let me log in... password and email adress is correct.. but forever getting an error.

1 ★This app does not work. Can not log into my account. Have not been able to log in for months. And cannot get or use my rewards.

1 ★App fails to load menu when you go to select the menu categories. I forgot why we stopped ordering from TGIF during the pandemic and now I remember.

2 ★Disappointed. Every time I try to use the app I keep getting an error message that my email or password is incorrect. I've reset my password over 3 times and still having the same issue. ive even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, same problem. I've used a computer which works better but I can't carry my laptop to Fridays just to show my points .. a texting feature would be great. I know there has to be others that have the same issue.

1 ★I haven't been able to log into the rewards for over a month. Yes I'm using the right password I've reset it several times. Can you please fix it?

1 ★I have been trying to use this app for months but EVERY time I open it, it immediately closes. The message always says "unfortunately, this app has stopped working, please try again later". IT NEVER WORKS!. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it several times but nothing helps. I've notified Friday's through the app to no avail. I have 350 points that I can not use. I've noticed that there are a lot of similar complaints listed but nothing is being done to address this issue.

1 ★This app is rhe worst. I have reset my password multiple times and keep having issues logging in. Useless to offer rewards if you can't get to them to use them.
