1 ★This is a trash app, it said I had a free milkshake but kept saying I couldn't use it and wouldn't say why. Then when we arrived and clicked I'm here nothing happened. Pressed it like 5 times. I called and they said they had walked my order out 10 mins ago. We weren't even there yet. It's supposed to ask for your parking space number. Go check out chick fil a's app to see how a curbside order should be done.
1 ★Order at kiosk, receipt has no bar code.asked attendant about adding points, he gave me a receipt with bar code. Still will not scan. When I entered it manually, said code was invalid. This is second time no points added.
1 ★I'm sitting inside the building and just want to see the menu. I can find the location under locations. When I select menu I have to find location, then my location doesn't exist...
1 ★I selected my local restaurant as my favorite store when I set up the app. But when I try to order it does not show my restaurant in the restaurant list. No wonder the app pick up parking is always empty at the nearest restaurant.

First there are zero coupons 😤😟 second you cant view the entire menu, really what kind of crappy menu do you think that you'r not be able to order something as simple as french fries,or Onion rings or even cheesy fries. Total let down. Hard to navigate. It gave me a headache. It continues to give me a head ache just thinking it is still on my phone. That is why I am deleting it as soon as I finish writing this.
1 ★You blew it with this update. I lost my rewards from the old app. My store in dekalb il 60115 is no longer available. I enjoyed being able to pay with the app. Very very disappointed about this. Why such a drastic change. I would go to the dekalb location once a week. I don't know if I will go again. The previous app was Awesome. This is like getting the best steak burger meal served on a rusty garbage can lid!
1 ★Cant order delivery with the gift card I just purchased thats in the app itself. Wasted 100 dollars. How can you allow people to add gift cards to the app, but then not order delivery with them? Stupid. 1 star.
1 ★Used to love it. They changed everything! I used to be able to hit the icon and it would go straight to the page to scan for credit. Now I can't get in at all It asked me for password and I never had to use it before. I asked to reset my password and a sign popped in saying an email is being sent to tell me how to reset. But guess what!!. NO EMAIL! I did it twice! I don't know how to use it anymore. If they don't send me instructions I will have to uninstall.

1 ★Went to grab some lunch today, and had no idea there was any kind of data migration that had happened. I ended up having to use my credit card to pay, or else hold up the drive through line trying to get the app running again. Got home, and got the app updated. Terrible UI. Too many screens involved to pay and record points now. And when I tried to scan my barcode to add points from the purchase I just made, keeps telling me it is invalid. Add the fact that we can no longer autoload. Bad update.
1 ★The old steak and shake app was awesome. It was very user friendly and easy to use.... flawless. This new app is absolute GARBAGE!!!! I finally got money loaded onto it after struggling through the crappy user interface. I went to the counter to pay for my meal and the scanner wouldn't read the code on my phone. The waitress said it almost never works. Wth?!?!?
