1 ★Spent time entering an order for 4. When I finished, hit button to send order and nothing happened. Tried several times. No error message. Just a quick spin of a circle and back to the screen. So now I'm waiting for my food instead of having it ready when I got here. Disappointing.

1 ★App use to let you work out an order then when it came time to hit pay wouldn't go through, but lately it has got much worse sadly. Now when you go to pick a time and place for your order you recieve an error. At least before I could build an order and see the price still never been able to actually hit purchase though. Sad because this my favorite food and it would be nice to build a order on my phone vs calling and interrupting a worker...

1 ★I can never finish an order. I can get through every step until confirm then it just keeps reloading the same confirm screen.

1 ★Garbage app. When my order crashed because of a credit card error, my attempt to register a complaint through the Contact Us in the app also resulted in an error. Penn Station can eat one.

2 ★App has issues logging me in, and unable to actually order anything. Pick NOW as an option, and give 'invalid request'

1 ★This app has yet to work. Every time I try to order, I get an error saying it's invalid. Several updates later, same issue.

2 ★May or may not work to order. Most of things i get a message about location not available or something like that. Last time i had to completely uninstall and reinstall

1 ★Better to order on the website! It never allows me to select a day and time to pick up my order, and I always have 6 items in my cart that I never put in there! If I could, I would give the app a 0. I will order on the website for now on.
