1 ★Tried to use the current BOGO promotion and it said it was expired. I tried on the website and in the app. Both failed. I gave up and ordered elsewhere.

1 ★I want to order pick up at the location closest to my home. I try to order in the app before I leave work. The app insists I change pick up location to somewhere closer to my location at time of order. If / when I get past that, the checkout process never completes. Several minutes of the circle going around the logo, then it errors out. Terrible app. Would rate lower if possible. Epic Wings n Things will get my dinning dollars going forward.

1 ★The rewards part of the app is GARBAGE!!!! I have tried numerous times to scan a receipt or manually enter a receipt and always get the invalid error message.

1 ★This app is straight up garbage. First of all, it's not even really an app. It just takes you to the web. And it never works! Just freezes in a white screen. Scrap this trash and develop a new app, please.

This app really sucks. it is so slow and full of glitches. this is a billion dollar food chain company I cannot believe that nobody from engineering or software team looked into this app and see how bad it is. Nobody in the company ever picked it up and say hey our app really does not work at all when you push a button you wait 30 to 45 seconds thinking that things are crushed. BOGO promos never appear, it s shame, such brand has such poor app!

1 ★Lags exponentially more than it ever should. Blows me away that a multi million dollar company has such a trash app. I use apps for literally EVERY chain restaurant I eat at. And that's a LOT. I have problems with none of them...... EXCEPT THIS ONE. This is the only restaurant app that CONSISTENTLY gives me issues. They must give all their money to greedy CEO bonuses instead of investing it in actually improving their customer service applications. Crazy......

1 ★Downloaded the app for my birthday so I can get my free 6 wings, I never got my free birthday gift

1 ★It is the worse. Takes over 30 minutes just to sign in

1 ★Three times in a row I order a bottle of teriyaki with my delivery order all three times they forget the bottle and want me to drive out there with a receipt to get it which defeats the purpose of delivery this company never checks the bag and sometimes doesn't even have the bottle you're looking for in stock but charges you for it anyway.
