5 ★Always good food and reasonable prices. Service is good. Staff is friendly and attentive.

1 ★App won't let you order certain items as They are listed as unavailable, I had to call the store to place order as I wanted it since the app "didn't have the items". Also when trying to reset account it won't sent an email out. Very bad experience. Its always hard to place an order at BBW as app is down and sometimes when calling the actual store they are so busy that won't answer calls or intentionally hang up

1 ★App will not let me sign in . Tried changing the password and still does not let you sign in. Have had nothing but problems with this app. Update: app finally let me sign in, but now it will not let you place a order on it. It is only good for keeping track of your reward points and applying them to a order. For some reason I only get a message that says: UH OH THERE WAS A PROBLEM RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. PLEASE CALL TO PLACE ORDER. What a joke this app is.

1 ★Unable to log into my account. Was able to get a "New" password but it still doesn't work. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times. Still can not get in. My wife has the same app and it says there are no Traditional Wings at our location. We just ordered some and the employees said they have plenty of wings..!! Fix your App..!!

5 ★Love BWW. Thai Curry!!! Wish they'd bring back the Old Blue NTN Game Boards and promote NTN more. we used to have 25+ ppl come after work Fridays to play teams.

2 ★App is borderline horrible. Example: Asks for favorite teams for '50 points', but you don't get credited. Try to scan a receipt for points, but it doesn't work most of the time. More of a PITA than it's worth.
