※ 注意点
当アプリはネットワーク経由でスケジュールデータを取得します。
アプリを実行するAndroid端末からご利用のガルーン/Officeにアクセスできる必要があります。
社内ネットワークのみガルーン/Officeにアクセス可能な場合は、Android端末をWifi等で社内ネットワークにつないでいる場合に限り利用可能です。
≪設定について≫
□ アクセスURL
アクセスURLには下記形式で入力してください。
Linux: https://*****/***/grn.cgi
Windows: https://*****/***/grn.exe
SSL証明書が正式でない場合は、詳細設定を開いて[無効なSSL証明書を許可]にチェックを入れてください。
※ Office8の場合は**/ag.cgi **/ag.exe
□ ユーザー名
＜ガルーンの場合＞
ログイン時に入力するログイン名を入力してください。
＜Officeの場合＞
ユーザーIDの数値を入力してください。
ログイン時に利用する名前とは異なります。
※ ユーザーIDの調べ方
1. PC等のブラウザからOffice8/9に通常通りログオンする
2. スケジュールなどから自分の名前をクリック
3. 「ユーザー情報の詳細」画面が開くので、ユーザーIDを確認
ユーザー名には上記ユーザーIDを入力して、パスワードにはログオン時に利用する値をそのままご入力ください。
□ Android側の設定
Android設定画面のアカウントと同期から[カレンダー同期]が同期対象となっている事をご確認ください。
≪通知について≫
当アプリの設定画面から通知方法の設定を行って下さい。
※ 設定変更以前に登録された予定の通知は変更されません。
※ Android端末にインストールされているGoogleカレンダーのバージョンによって、通知を「なし」に設定してもカレンダーのデフォルトの通知が使われてしまう場合があります。
≪動作の仕組み≫
当アプリはインターネット経由で取得したガルーン/OfficeのスケジュールデータをAndroid端末のローカルカレンダーに登録します。
アプリ自体が行う動作はここまでで、その後Android端末自体の同期機能でウェブ側のGoogleカレンダーに自動的に同期されます。
同期がうまくいかない場合はアプリの設定に加えてAndroid端末側の同期設定もご確認ください。
≪権限について≫
□ 完全なインターネットアクセス
ガルーン/Officeからスケジュールデータの取得に利用
□ カレンダーの予定と機密情報の読み取り
□ カレンダーの予定の追加、変更とゲストへのメール送信（所有者への通知を行わない）
取得したスケジュールデータをローカルのカレンダーと差分を比較しながら書き込むために利用
□ タブレットのスリープの無効化 携帯端末のスリープの無効化
同期動作中に端末のスリープ抑止に利用
≪備考≫
- 環境によっては正常に動作しない場合もあります。
- Wifiのみで利用する場合はAndroid端末側の設定でスリープ時に自動切断されないようにしてください。

- 「自動的に同期する」を利用する場合はバッテリーの最適化の対象から「ガルーン同期」アプリを除外してください
