4 ★Set up android phone for gmail. Sent gmail to gmail mobile. Sent gmail to yahoo. Replied gmail & replied yahoo mobile. Read & replied by pc both gmail & yahoo. Works great for me. If price was lower maybe 5 stars.
4 ★Installed the FF addon on my PC first and set everything up for Gmail. Made sure IMAP was on. Installed App and it connected to my Gmail account automatically. US$48 every year is far too much for the few times I would use the extra features, but free version is perfect for encryption only. Five stars if cost was lower.
1 ★Virtru does not work with any Android email clent. Not even GMail! As a result, you either have to use webmail or this terrible app. This app is horribly crude. It does not support multiple accounts in the UI, and is cannot be configured even minimally. There are just no good features at all aside from encryption. Either support working within other apps or beef up this one.

3 ★Like the concept and the app overall, but I have two issues. For one, it's always running in the background. I don't like this. I'd prefer a way to have the app go dormant when not in use. I can then open the app and manually fetch email as needed rather than it constantly being awake in the background. Second, I wish there was a way for it to open in Secure Email Only by default. I have my regular client for most of my email, I only need this for my secure messages. Deleting for now, will try again later.
2 ★I missed the feature from GMail that allows me to manage folders an arrange mail into conversations. I was also expecting it would work with instant message apps as well.
3 ★Why can I read secure replies in the app? I send secure messages via my PC browser most times then when I receive a reply I try to open it in the Virtru app. All I can read is who the message is from and to 'open the message in a secure reader'. I click to open the message and nothing happens. What is the point of this app if I can't read the secure replies directly in it?

4 ★I have had no issues with this service since i installed it. Take advantage of the "pro" features which are an amazing addition to your current Gmail account without changing anything with your email. Sure you can get the same security features else where (Proton Mail) but the convenience of keeping your current email is worth it. Amazing security features are easy to use no headaches trying to get your recipient to understand PGP HOWEVER I wish the user interface mirrored Inbox more. I wanna use only 1app

4 ★I'm trying to link it with my GMail account, but Virtru says I need to change the GMap (hope I have that right, as the message had only appeared once) settings in my GMail account. I've opened the Gmail app in my Android smartphone, but don't readily see the setting.
