The easy to use client provides an application where users can manage their contact list, check on availability, and interface with their co-workers by chat, phone, or video calls. Users can dial and manage calls from their personal smartphones, desktop, and tablet just as they would from their office desk phone, including tracking calls, retrieving business voicemail, managing personal settings, and more.With CDK Communicator, users can also search corporate directories, click-to-dial from the contact, and manage calling options.
CDK Communicator is completely integrated with the CDK Hosted Phone System, turning the business user’s personal mobile or tablet into an extension of the PBX.
