My Mobile Account Assistant lets you file a claim and upload a receipt, at the pharmacy, your provider or anywhere you have access to a 3G or wireless internet connection. Filing a claim for any eligible health care or dependent care expense doesn’t get any easier than this. Complete a few lines on a simple form, upload your receipt using your phone’s camera and tap “Submit.” My Mobile Account Assistant makes filing claims smart, simple, secure and mobile!

You can review your current Account Balances at any time, whether you elect the BESTflex Plan Health Care or Dependent Care FSAs, Limited Health Care FSA or have an Individual Billed Premium Account. If you participate in the EBC HRA, you can view your current EBC HRA balances for any of your coverage types.

1 ★After I downloaded it, there was a Menu retrieval error.... could not get passed this. Had a reload button, but did not work.
1 ★This app used to be great, but now it won't load. All you get is a menu error. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work either. So disappointed.
2 ★It stopped working. "Menu retrieval error" I removed and reinstalled twice. Still not working. Otherwise easy app to use. Looks like I'm not only one having issue 😡
4 ★To those who have the same "web page menu error" that I was getting... if you have an Android device, go into Settings, then Apps, select the EBC Account Assistant app, then select Storage, then clear the cache and the data storage. You will get a message that clearing the data storage for this app will remove all of the app stored data, Yes. Close the app and re-open. It should work fine now.
4 ★I emailed the company about the "menu retrieval error". Below is the reply that I tested and worked on my phone: "To fix the menu retrieval error, you will want to access your phone’s settings and select to view apps & notifications. You will then want to select our app, which will show as AccountAssistant, and then select the storage option for the app. There will be two buttons on the screen, clear storage/date and clear cache, and you will want to select both of these options."
1 ★The app was great, until it stopped working completely. I get "menu retrieval error" every time I try to open it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck. Wonder if it's another Android 10 problem. Co-worker has iPhone and his app works. Until this is addressed ( so far not even a response from developer), I give it 0 stars. Useless.

1 ★Every time I bring up the app, I get a menu retrieval error. It offers me to press "retry". This does nothing. I continue to get the same error. I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app, but this doesn't help, either. This makes it very difficult to review and work on my benefits whenever I want. Very disappointed.

1 ★Needs to be fixed ASAP!!this was an amazing app until now. It wont let me load the log on screen since June 2019,it displays "menu reveal error". This only happens on my galaxy s10+. When I tried on my husbands galaxy s8+ app works just fine. I dont always have use of my husbands phone. Please fix the problem
4 ★Menu Retrieval Error FIXED Got an email today and this worked for my Samsung 8 Plus "Thank you for reaching out to us. To have the menu retrieval error corrected, you will want to access the settings on your phone and then select apps & notifications. You will then be able to select our app, which will show as AccountAssistant, and then select storage. There will be two options available for you, clear storage and clear cache. You will want to select both of these options and then restart the mobile app, which will allow you to log in and access your account from your phone again."
