2 ★The app barely works when connected to wifi let alone if you aren't. Half the time it doesn't ring when a call comes in. Messages sent from another device can not be seen by other users. Voice quality is terrible and spotty. When it works it serves its purpose. However mainly it's terrible.
1 ★Horrible. Never works. I constantly have missed calls. The app never allows the ring notification to come through. Every once in a while, I'll see an incoming call, but not often. It's extremely frustrating because I am responsible for answer the phone. I do not recommend this app at all.
1 ★I DO NOT like the persistent notification stuck in my push notifications and feel like it is likely going to drain my battery faster. Most apps that have an option for persistent notifications (even Diabetic CGM apps that monitor blood sugar levels) have it as an OPTION, not an absolute.
4 ★Ive been using the app for bussiness purposes and is amazing, the only thing you might be able to improve is to have an option whenever im using the desktop app the calls wont ring or appear on my phone screen. the rest all good.
1 ★The fact that it has it's own way of ringing is so annoying. Installed it on an S10+ and when I get a call the whole hell breaks loose: the volume of the ringtone is maximum, even though I set a different volume for the calls, sometimes the app runs in backgrounfld so there is no way for me to answer the call - i just stare at my wallpaper while the phone is ringing and if i go on app, the app looks as if there is no call. So the only thing I can do is to wait for the call to finish&call back.
1 ★Super unreliable call quality and also disconnects headphones randomly. edit: Come on, just use your own app for once. Force your Android developers to only make phone calls using your app and they will find all the things that are not working with it. For starters, it doesn't ring half of the time. Just have your developers give back their iPhones and give them Android phones + make it mandatory to make business calls on your own software. Then you can write your own support tickets and don't need the users to do your work. I mean, look at the other reviews!
5 ★A one stop for all my business calling needs. Aircall helped to streamline all my comms and provides clear insights on all the calls. Pushing call data into my crm was the key for me and it is achieved using Aircall. Call Quality at its best as opposed to other voip providers. Easy to contact support teams and most importantly the onboarding experience was the best. I got to know a lot of features that boosted my teams productivity.
1 ★After going through the trouble of creating an account, downloading and setting up the app. The trial limits you to only 6 calls, no matter if they are picked up or not. For a person that I needed to make a decision on the spot, I chose to rather take my 15 seats somewhere else.
1 ★Requires very high bandwidth to work properly. Have had to increase my Internet speeds several times just because of this. All other platforms, zoom, Google meet, whatsapp call and everything work fine. Just this one is internet guzzler.
3 ★I keep having issues where the phone will ring but it'll show the caller ID for the call that was just answered and not the caller that's calling in. It's happened twice now and it'll be stuck on that caller ID until I uninstall and reinstall the app.
5 ★I am a huge fan or Aircall. I have been using Aircall both on my laptop and from my mobile device since October 2021 and it pretty much ticks all the boxes in terms of what I was looking for. 1. An easy to use Voip dialer that integrated with my CRM system 2. Simple to add and remove users as and when needed 3. Good support 4. Reliable connectivity 5. Easily change out bound numbers If you are looking for a no nonsense app which works and does what it needs to, then Aircall is great.
5 ★Very clean and simple interface. Great to have the option of using the phone on the go when you are OOO or stepped away for lunch. Looks like the team is constantly making improvements as well!
