2 ★This app will get 4-5 stars when the following changes happen. Incoming call overlay caller ID so you know which lead/contact /business is calling you which is only available with Apple devices, not for Android users. IMAP email availible CRM App email signature available, pulled from desktop. Push notifications for opened, clicked emails on your mobile device or at the very least, email notifications. And lastly, the ability to check emails from the app. This app needs work but good start!
3 ★After my trial period ended, it switched me to the Free Version. Now I cannot log in at all. I've deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail. I was just getting used to using it, and it seemed like a decent CRM app, while it worked anyway. However I no longer can access. Log in issues.
5 ★Brilliant application and extension to the browser app. It offers so many benefits to our account managers who are on the road. The easy integration with so many of the other Zoho Suite apps has allowed us to use this app for multiple departments and teams in the fields including the on site support and installation teams. Zoho support and service is never anything less than 5 starts.

1 ★Broken dashboards after recent upgrade of dashboard tools on web version. Some dashboard components are completely broken (shows no data) others, especially the chart components, incorrectly show record totals instead of sales dollar amounts, sales quote ammonts, etc. This app was decent when it was working but it's horrible now it's broken.
1 ★At the first that I downloaded this app it was OK but, later you had made it very poor, this is all about your sign in issue. Please better go back and take the old way of log in. That CODE App that once must to sign up before he or she must to install is very very poor. Please STOP all that procedural for the better. If you
2 ★Our sales force has adopted this tool 5 months ago and finealy getting more comfortable navigating the data entry aspect.. There needs to be better training resources, videos, interactive lessons, visual demonstrations for each task or objective, required and available contained within all zoho applications.. After 5 months of 'sink or swim' self teaching along with corporate demands/requirements/daily activity measurements, I'm still frustrated, I'm still learning by T&E. SLOWLY !
1 ★The worked so well for me before, both when online and more importantly- when OFFline. It has mow started to ask me to relogin when offline. WHY and HOW? I obviously cant login when offline. Very disappointing. Wish it start to work properly again. The desktop version - on the other hand - is 4- star; it works really well.
5 ★An extremely convenient app that provides quick access to your Leads, Contacts, and Accounts when on the go. The built-in calling feature makes it easy to keep in touch with prospects and clients, and records the critical information each time. I love the Zoho CRM app!
3 ★After contacting support they updated the app to address the problems I was facing in a very short time frame. Very impressive. I've adjusted the rating and will further adjust after using it for a while. Old review: Crashes whenever I try to log in. Completely unusable.
2 ★It's an excellent app. Problem is that I have to log in every time I open the app. This creates a problem if I want to add something quickly or if I don't have net access. Kindly look into it as it is otherwise the best CRM app out there.
1 ★I got a pop up that app needs yo be updated, i tried to update it with all possible ways , with full WiFi network but its not getting updated I don't find it too user friendly .
