5 ★Easy and not complicated when booking

1 ★Pretty disappointed that there is no actual service hotline, they just pretend there is. Also both the site and app never told me that I will have to change busses...at 5am. Only AFTER paying 90€ and receiving the external ticket (the app still says there's no stop). Oh, and refunding option seems not to exist in the app. FAQ only says you can refund, but not how and where. And they will still keep their fee, even if it's their fault you actually have to refund. Disappointing, the idea was good
3 ★price increase while booking is frustrating.
1 ★Don't use this app, Charging Canadian in American currency. When you view the pricing on the app it will show Canadian dollars but then when you get your receipt they've charged in American dollars. They are aware that they are charging in American dollars and they say they have a technical issue currently. Yet they do not advise this issue to their customers. Can you trust busbud, absolutely not. It's certainly not a buddy of mine. They are lying, I didn't receive a credit!!!
5 ★This is a really good app for booking the ADO bus system in Mexico. If you don't speak Spanish well and have a Mexico based CC the ADO site is really frustrating to navigate. This app makes it super easy. The service fee is clearly shown and well worth the trouble it will save you.
2 ★I'm British and used the app to travel by bus in Brazil. It's good for finding out the long-distance bus timetables, but the app only wants me to pay in GBP£ and the exchange rate they use is very bad and is not transparent at all. Made every journey MUCH more expensive than it should be. Therefore, I won't be using BusBud anymore 👎
5 ★Does what it supposed to do. Has somewhat less routes in search results than some others, but works more reliably, meaning it actually does booking for the routes it shows. My first choice when I don't want to risk and when I want reliably get the tickets I count on
1 ★Put in all info and credit card on the app, tried to pay, it started processing, got message Whoops something went wrong with no idea given of the problem... Tried calling support and received message that they weren't answering phone now with no business hours given, tried supposed option of buying ticket by phone and got similar message that no one was home right now with no business hours given... In other words busbud is a dead-end app.
1 ★AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is a true fraud. This company never mentions about the hidden cost associated with your ticket so please be careful. They charge a hidden 3.60 euro "management fee" which no other company charges. I recommend to search the bus here and reserve the actual ticket at the company website. I ended up paying 15 euros unneccessay fees for this horrible company (which is like 25% commission). They mention thay the fee is the same on the website but they are LYING!
5 ★fast and efficient to use
5 ★Great way to book bus tickets abroad, I used throughout my backpacking trip around Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay. Easy to book and find tickets, I liked that I could pay in my local currency (pound sterling) and when I had an issue my email was replied to very quickly. I wish I found this website and app earlier as I would have used throughout my other trips.
