Now they have refunded the money in the get transfer app & not in the card. This thing was told to customer service but they didn't help me with any of the stuff.

5 ★I was worried about using a service like this on short notice but didn't have much choice when flying back to Paris CDG due to the transport strikes. Driver was 15 minutes early and called me to confirm where he was. Very happy, will use again :)
1 ★Total Scam. You use the app to search for a transfer and the app suggests a price. It then has you request a ride, asking you how much you would like to pay. Naturally I enter the price THE APP SUGGESTED. I then start getting "offers" to privide the transfer at prices that are 2x to 5x what the app originally told me. Don't waste your time.
1 ★I booked a comfort category car and I got instead an Opel Astra 2006 model. When I asked for what I paid for, they told me that was the only option available and they offer to give me some credit for future ride but no return of my money. Definitely not recommended.
1 ★Scam, Fake, Do not use,. 1. no receipt, just a booking confirmation. 2.custumer support number for UK didn't work. 3. Number from the driver on the booking confirmation didn't work. 4. Arriving at the airport, surprise, no driver with my name on a sign, no driver identified as from the company, and no answer on the available phone numbers. Awful experience...
1 ★Total failure. Booked and paid, but driver never responded. After many phone calls to the driver and customer support, the driver cancelled 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up. Unapologetic customer support. Simply cannot be trusted.

1 ★Do not use this company, they only provide a refund on taxi bookings that are cancelled four months in advance. Spoke to a manager as the developer of this app recommend and no change, company will not provide a refund. Absolute scam artists.
5 ★Really happy with the service. My parents needed a trasfer from london to liverpool as UK is on lockdown and no hotels available so I booked with them and very helpful staff. Also flight was delayed and I got a phone call saying about the delayed flight and also they arranged another trasfer for my parents and by email & phone kept me updated on that matter. My parents got picked up on time and they are very happy with the service.
4 ★Great app to get transfers for bigger groups. Up to 8 people. The only thing I didnt like, was that even so I booked a transfer, still got quotations for this ride.
5 ★I had an excellent experience. Great ride from Benevento to Naples Airport in Italy. The driver arrived even earlier than the agreed time, which has worked great for me!!
