1 ★Never use your debit or credit card with this app. I booked a can two days back which the driver didn't show up and asked me to cancel and then, my balance got deducted today for that. Either you use cash or go for another Uber, that's cheaper and more convenient. So disappointed!
1 ★Installed it ... just to uninstall it 5 seconds later. Requiring your customers to connect using Facebook is ridiculous. There is an increasing number of people leaving Facebook, and many other never had an account. However you describe it (privacy, security, etc.), this is simply nonsense. You are missing out on a potential pool of customers.
1 ★I have a serious problem with Heetch, every time I restart my phone or even after restarting, heetc keeps open in the background and interrupts me to enable the location service, even after I closed it from the background it keeps showing this annoying message, some times for 5 or 6 times in one hour, please fix this.
1 ★They keep cancelling without caring at all. Waiting for 30 mins, 7 taxi drivers cancelled. Horrible.

1 ★Hello, I have multiple problems: 1) The app will not let me reserve a ride. After I inserting all of my information, when I try to reserve a ride it just says my account is suspended - all I did was sign up. 2) I want to delete my account, but there's no way to do that on the app. Also, I tried logging in on my computer to delete my account and it won't let me. Can the employees at heetch please delete my account? Thank you.

1 ★It's the worst. I will never ever use this app again. I complained multiple times about things concerning my safety. They don't reply on the spot and they send the same genetic email. That says a lot about the app: we don't want to become better, we just want to take your money. I don't recommend, period
