1 ★Does not work. I add the email address and booking reference to see my bookings, then just staring the spinning circle for an hour without anything happenning.

4 ★Simple, easy to use and great info. One issue is you have to find out what your booking number is to integrate it into the app which seems a bit weird (you'd think it would already "know")

1 ★I liked that company before BUT as it happens the app has a glitch. Doesn't matter what pick up time you set it will be changed in the booking to 1pm. It happened one time at a flight arriving at 8am. I had to wait 5 hours before I would get a car. At the time I thought I made a mistake. Now it happened again but I noticed that after checking out the time is set to freaking 1pm. I had to cancel the reservation. Because of that I had a extra charge of 15eur. Not even a response from rentalcars
2 ★Buggy, annoying app. For instance, you select your time of car hire, then when it comes to confirming details the times have jumped back an hour. Time difference? For some weird reason? Crashes on payment a number of times and often forgets your account details or who you are. Oh, and try and find a phone number to contact them... It's there somewhere, but it's like Inception trying to get there. In fact, I will never use this company again. Useless, faceless and now one customer less.
1 ★Poor customer service original price at booking was a good deal. But when I recieved my confirmation it was over $100.00 more. I tried to contact them by their message section in the app 2 times and another time with a booking email they had on their website and nothing. So a week later I had to call long distance to have someone tell me that I should just cancel the booking and try again. This is a week later then the first booking so guess what! the prices are even higher now.
2 ★Awful. The application times you out even if you're in the middle of doing something. It doesn't save your filters, so you have to reset them EVERY SINGLE TIME you look for something. If you get a quote for a particular car, it doesn't take you back to the search screen. It takes you back to the very beginning where you then have to enter all of your information again. It's ridiculous. I didn't realize that my credit card needed to be set for an international payment, so it declined. When I went back in to make the payment FROM THE EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM THE APPLICATION, my entire reservation was nonexistent. Absolutely terrible app.
1 ★Please never use this to rent cars. When I made the prepaid reservation there was nothing about cancellation and only shows cancel at anytime. This is absolutely deception. when I applied for cancellation the following day, I can only get 20% of the prepaid amount back. I called their representative, that guy was so rude, he claimed the cancellation policy was on their website, but I couldn't find that and asked him to point out for me, but he simply claimed that it was there, then he hang off...
1 ★The app was buggy. Booked a car from the apps and it says it was unsuccessful. Booked again for another car and it displayed unsuccessful again. All of a sudden i already have two cars booked at the same place and time. Tried to get refund for one of the cars since only one car was picked up but no refund even after a month. Rentalcar said they want to check with the rental car company for confirmation but it has been while and they never get back to me. Not gonna use the apps and the service anymore.
