2 ★Site crashed as I reached end of making reservation do I had to redo it all. Second try the app gave me different screens than the first time and never gave me opportunity to enter my travel program member number. Also site design is poor, even with large phone screen bottom half of page is blocked and on top of what you won't see is a large continue bar, but if you touch that you won't know what you missed underneath as info to be filled in.
1 ★Do not rely on this app! Particularly if you are in Cancun. I prebooked a shuttle to the Airport. The booking was confirmed and money duly taken. The next morning I received an alert with the driver's contact details and tracking info. The driver never came, didn't answer his phone, or respond to messages. 1 hour after the pickup time I received an alert saying my journey is now complete. Galling! The app is clearly automated but the staff on the ground will decide if they respond or ignore it
5 ★So easy to book. So dependable. Price is right. They give you step by step instructions of where to find your ride. Car number, drivers name, tracking of ride arrival. Leaves you with no hassel, no worries. Plus you have several ride options to choose from. it's a win - win situation.
5 ★I've used the app several times (for maybe 5 trips, round trip), and it's always a quick, predictable process. Entering my flight information is easy, and their pick-up window is generally perfect. Check in when you arrive and the shuttle will be at the curb in a few minutes, even if your flight is delayed (as mine was today).
1 ★I just used this app for a ride to the airport. THANK GOOD FOR UBER, or I would have been late for my flight! The map said the driver was on his way, but 40 minutes after he was supposed to pick me up here was still miles away. The app must not have put me on his list to pick up? I don't know, I'm just mad that he never showed up.
1 ★Do not recommend, at least from my experience at DFW. Uber is cheaper for a solo ride and only $5 more than the shared shuttle. Plus what is the point in making a reservation if any random person can come up to your shuttle and hitch a ride? I waited 45 min for him to show just to let some entitled jerk hop on. Drove around another 20 min with no passengers before I asked to get off. Not even a full minute later my uber arrived. The app itself sends you a text and you have to call in anyways.
1 ★I had a 8:05 to 8:20 pickup. I was waiting by 8. At 8:18 I called because I got a notification my ride was completed. The dispatcher acknowledged that it showed the ride was completed and that we were still within the pickup window so she would transfer me to local dispatch to get another driver sent. I waited on hold for over 5 minutes. The new dispatch said because I was now past the pickup window I had to purchase another ride and would not be refunded. I tried talking to others, all equally unhelpful. It was a very unpleasant experience. Hopefully keeping my $20 was worth losing a customer.
3 ★Easy to book and cancel rides. But, the app stopped working when trying to rate the driver. We could only give the driver 3 stars without crashing the app. Our driver clearly needed 5 stars. Disappointed i couldn't make that happen. Fix the bug, would love to give the app 5 stars in the future.
2 ★Used to be easier. UI seems to have changed. Too hard to set pickup location other than current. Also, button across bottom of android phone screen to confirm payment almost completely obscures the place to add your own tip before you pay. You have to have a precision finger or stylus to open up the tip feature - or, if you miss the tiny target, whoops you just paid the pre-set tip (intentional bad design?).
4 ★Overall, the application works well and performs as expected. However, when trying to enter the flight date and time, all the lines contained data that did NOT pertain to me. could not get rid of this junk until you found lines wherein you enter you data. Once you got past this step appeared to flow better.
1 ★made a reservation once, will never use again. a half hour past our pickup time i called the company. they said our SUV was pulled out of service and they forgot to set us up with another vehicle. nothing like having to run around and find a way to get to the airport late. ill never use again
1 ★It gave the wrong pick-up address even though it is saved in my record. It switched the price of the ride when it came time to "submit" jacking up the total! Would not allow to select the actual flight # and departure time. And then it did not allow to edit the wrong selection. POS
