If you have Roundcube webmail access, this app is for you. You do not have to use the browser on your maybe too small screen. Roundcube skins are usually not optimized for handheld devices and touchscreens, this app however is. You still can have all the advantages of Roundcube though, no need to know about POP3/IMAP and SMTP protocols, so you can send and receive emails right away. Multiple identities with different signatures and multiple accounts are supported.If you meet a problem, please use the Send Application Log menu to send a report after the problem. If your webmail interface is not Roundcube, then this application will not work! If you provide the correct URL (e.g. https://someserver.org/roundcube/) user credentials and this URL is indeed a Roundcube interface, then the app should work fine. A number of cPanel fronts are also supported.

3 ★Please advise how to receive notifications on a mobile device without having to open the app continuously as I am using it for my business. I have the mobile notifications set to "On" but nothing pops up or sound notifications are not taking place Other than that, happy with it ***Urgent***
2 ★The desktop version is great for all my purposes (I've just done little tweaking). It's fast and easy to navigate. However this mobile app is currently unusable. The columns do not stretch to fit the screen and the window does not scroll. In landscape mode you can only see the toolbar and cannot access anything. Looking at how great (at least to some extent) the desktop version is, I don't think much tweaking is required to bring this app to that standard. Dear developers, please help!
1 ★It's definitely not mobile-friendly by all means. The left panel took 60% of the screen and I barely could see anything on the right side. With much difficulty, I would slowly scroll little by little and view the sender's email but not even the subject. I thought this would be helpful but seems not. Still had to access via browser on my phone.
1 ★The small, privately owned business I work for uses this, so I'm forced to use this for work email. I consider myself a pretty tech savvy person, but for me, login for the app and simple tasks (like adding subfolders) seem unnecessarily complex. I can't imagine how the 'electronically illiterate' fair. Crashing issues and error messages. If I can talk my boss into switching to another email system, believe me, I'm going to try...very hard. This program is awful and needs a complete overhaul.
1 ★I don't know why this app even exists to be frank. It took me forever to figure out how to log in. You have to copy and paste the exact url from browser when you log in from pc or mobile device. It was confusing for me but if that's a slow moment for me then okay, I'll take that. But when I finally do get logged in, it works fine......until it has timed out. Then you can't even log back in using the credentials. You have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get back in. Lousy
2 ★Did all the steps even though I copied and pasted everything that was asked for was told there was no such login page and a handful of other error notices. Kind of sad because I was really excited about this app for my phone. I cant use outlook on my phone or stuff doesn't get sent to my computer as well really hope they can get this working properly for hostgator clients. Thanks guys 😊
1 ★I cannot read my mails properly because I cannot adjust the size of the columns. Worrying text is a pain, because you cannot see what you're typing because the size is again not adjustable. Last I have more than one mail account and cannot add them all. Nice to look at, but not to work with so far. There's a lot of potential for improvement.
1 ★Like others, I have to use roundcube for my job. That is the only reason I would ever use it. god forbid I lose my job, I would never think about roundcube again. I'm a 25 year old who grew up with computers and this app is unreasonably difficult. I cant imagine how less tech savvy folks fare. Edit: I lost my job-- Good riddance, Roundcube!
1 ★I really hated how the browser version works but I learned to live with it though I still get annoyed when I need to do something other that literally just reading and replying to emails, but this app doesn't even allow that to happen. It felt near impossible to log in and when I finally got in I wish I weren't. I wish I could give it 0 stars because it's really that bad. 1 ★The app encounters no problem finding my cookies for a more accurate advertising. However, it's unable to find an email in my inbox... (rcmail_ui is not defined) It's not developed by Roundcube so I don't have great expectations for any improvement, at least I can send simple mails when I have an hour to spare.
