【十兄弟綠豆湯】來自高雄茄萣的史家，一共出了十位兄弟，其中的老四，於四十年前，在位於高雄鹽埕區的大溝頂菜市場，賣著綠豆湯、薏仁湯及冷凍芋等甜品，皆以手工製作，熬煮的甜品當中不加任何添加物，並遵循古法熬製，其中薏仁湯最為困難，需極大耐心守候，以細火慢燉七個小時，再放置四小時待其冷卻，才能放入冰箱冷藏，也因此薏仁湯才有像粥一般的綿密口感，又能保留薏仁咀嚼時的Q度，放入嘴哩，立刻能感受到製作者的溫潤及心意。
現今十兄弟綠豆湯由第三代繼續掌廚，由原創始人四伯父的指導，歷經幾百次的修正，加入現代人『健康、天然、無添加』的觀念，新舊激盪下，擦撞出新的火花，一股傳承半世紀，歷久彌新的懷舊滋味。此外，十兄弟綠豆湯，為了讓喜歡傳統甜品的舊雨新知有更多選擇，也向老師傅學習如何製作手工豆花，本店依舊堅持『健康、天然、無添加』的理念，特地採用加拿大非基因改造黃豆，只有做出自己敢吃的食品，追求吃的安心，才是對消費者的承諾。
